Homeless people all over hotel, seen host in back ask a woman to leave, or let him get some sex? Security only tends to disrupt and disrespect the African American people, the beds sheets were just put back together not taken off and washed. Seen people doing crack pipes in parking lot and the host seems to be friends with them. Bad business very unprofessional..

Pros (+) It was better than trying to sleep outside.
Cons (-) We didn't sleep all night. The front door didn't even fully close despite locking, so there was no seal. Loud neighbors all night on every side. Horrible highway noise. Every sound from the parking lot with guests coming, going, and shouting at all hours. AC was cold but loud and unregulated given the door would not close and thermostat was immediately adjacent to door so it ran continuously. We h...

Pros (+) At the front desk was made to sign an agreement not to smoke anywhere on the premises or would be fined. I was appreciative that they advocated for a smoke-free environment and expressed my gratitude to staff. But as I walked to my room with my wife and infant son, I passed a member of the staff smoking. We then entered an elevator that reeked like smoke so badly that I wanted to vomit. Than passe...
