Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent central location, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The staff received high marks for their friendliness, helpfulness, and warm welcome, with several guests mentioning specific employees who went above and beyond. Cleanliness was another highlight, with many reviews noting well-maintained and tidy rooms. However, some guests were disappointed by the small room sizes and occasional issues with amenities such as air conditioning and breakfast variety. Overall, the positives outweighed the negatives, especially for those prioritizing location and service.
