Very central location. Easy to walk to ALL of the major sites. The staff were really helpful and very friendly. Breakfast is good, a nice selection but can get busy so make sure you get down early.
The bedroom could do with a full length mirror, otherwise the hotel, staff and location was amazing.
Great location close walking distance to Trevi Fountain and shopping along the path. If you’re not expecting too much this hotel will get the job done.
When booking a quadruple room on booking the photos for the specific room don’t accurately reflect what you get once you arrive. Some of the pictures from the junior suite are shown in the quadruple room photos so you think that’s what you’re getting. Beds are hard and you can feel the springs poking you. Showers and rooms are tiny. The older lady from the afternoon shift was not very helpful when it involved actual work outside of saying hello welcome. She did not seem knowledgeable about assisting us with even basic necessities such as adjusting room temp or face towels. By the way she told me the room thermostat is not to be touched as it is controlled by the front desk. We had to call to get it turned back on. No irons even upon request.
Breakfast buffet was excellent. Walking distance to a lot of shopping leading to Trevi fountain and Spanish Steps. Chefs and most staff were very helpful and friendly. Restaurant right next door is convenient and delicious.
Breakfast buffet was excellent with the exception of the one day my husband chipped his tooth on something very hard he crunched in the eggs. Rooms were like a matchbox...tiny. Showers were tiny! Beds were like jail cell mattresses, hard and you could feel the coils. The older lady from the afternoon shift was completely useless or lazy. When it involved something other than greeting a guest she was clueless and would say, “you need to speak to my colleague tomorrow. I can’t help you.” Beware if you rent a car and park it in the garages. Some garages close at night and do NOT open until morning.
Very clean hotel. The staff were professional and very friendly. The room I was in felt brand new and smelled clean/nice. Overall, my 4 night stay was very enjoyable.
Only thing i didn’t like is the small size of the elevator, but then again it is not enough to deter someone from booking this hotel.
