Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently highlight the hotel's excellent location, making it convenient for exploring the city and accessing public transport. However, there are frequent complaints about the poor quality and inconsistency of the breakfast, as well as issues with service, including unhelpful or unavailable staff and problems with room allocation. Cleanliness is another concern, with several guests mentioning dirty rooms, bathrooms, and outdated furniture. Overall, while the location is a major positive, improvements are needed in breakfast, service, and cleanliness.
