Cons: Not so much what I didn't like, but just that large tour groups do stay here and one morning at breakfast over two hundred Americans. Staff worked very hard to keep supply of food going and tables cleared. I was here for six nights and this only happened one morning.

Cons: Unfortunately, many features in the room didn't work. The minifridge was broken, which was unfortunate as I had perishables. The plug for the drain in the bathtub was broken, sending all the lovely bath salts that came with the room straight down the drain. The television also didn't work, though that's lowest on my list. It was really unfortunate because it was ALMOST so perfect. (Fix the room on the second floor, very end of the corridor, and it would be a five star rating)

Pros: The rooms were comfortable, the location was great, the desk staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfasts were very good with an excellent selection.
Cons: The first night there I was tired so decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. The food looked and smelled fantastic and the I enjoyed watching the chef prepare the food. The wait staff was not very attentive and I had to wave her down after walking by me several times. I ordered and waited and waited and waited for my food. Two hours went by and there was no sign of my food nor did the waitress ever stop by again. I paid for my very expensive water and told them to cancel my order and expressed that it was ridiculous to wait two hours for food. After that I seriously contemplated moving hotels but decided to let it go. Honestly you need to employ more kitchen staff to improve service.
