Pros (+) The location was wonderful, and the general areas in the hotel were decorated very nicely (hallways, etc).
Cons (-) Despite paying for a double, I was given a very shabby single room. My request to be moved to the correct type of room was met with irritation. The new room was FAR nicer, but still: not anything near what one would expect for a 4* hotel. The beds were rock hard, and the walls were paper thin.
