Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's central location, making it convenient for exploring Reykjavik. Many highlight the friendly and professional staff, as well as the excellent breakfast with a wide variety of options. However, some guests express dissatisfaction with the value for price, citing high costs and extra charges. Cleanliness receives mixed feedback, with some positive mentions but also a few lapses in housekeeping. Overall, the positive atmosphere, amenities, and service stand out, though improvements in pricing transparency and housekeeping could enhance the experience.

Wonderful
Olaf, Apr 2024
Best and only 5 star hotel in Reykjavik. Everything was just perfect - the design, food, the suite we stayed in and so forth, The staff was very attentive especially remembering our wedding anniversary and second us a cake with champagne to the room.,
