Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's location, finding it convenient and walkable to major sights and city attractions. Cleanliness is also frequently mentioned positively, with several guests describing the rooms and bathrooms as clean and well-maintained. However, there are repeated complaints about the breakfast, with guests finding it poor value, limited in options, or not matching expectations. Service issues are also noted, particularly with self-check-in, lack of staff, and unresponsiveness to guest requests. Room size is a concern for some, with several reviews mentioning small or cramped rooms. Overall, while the hotel is appreciated for its location and cleanliness, improvements are needed in breakfast quality, service responsiveness, and room size.
