Cons: The only slightly negative moment was at breakfast (excellent food) when one of tbe wait staff was a little grumpy, but the other staff member was smiley and helpful.

Cons: Walking into town was a little difficult. The main road didn't include pedestrian walkway over railroad tracks. Nice walk but didn't get me where I wanted to go. Next time I will ask for advice from the front desk.

Cons: The way from the hotel to main pedestrian-only streets in the center has heavy car traffic. There is no sidewalk, the street is narrow, which are not problems because it is a short walk, but I did not expect this amount of cars. Just be careful! :) The tourism tax had to payed in cash and not through the booking site. I assume this condition is controlled by the city council or similar.

Cons: I clearly told housekeeping I didn't need my room cleaned (trying to be more environmentally conscious) but when I came back in the afternoon it has been done anyway, which felt a bit invasive and was unnecessary for a two night stay. The fridge in the room was turned off when I arrived so I couldn't store anything in there.

If I had been staying longer the location may have been a bit annoying - there was a fair bit of road noise and you need to use the underpass to reach the town center - which shuts at 9pm. Pros: Friendly welcome. Fantastically close to town centre. Spacious bedroom and comfortable bed.
Cons: The bathroom was very small. Could have done with being a tad bigger. There was no bar facility.

Pros: One night's accommodation in Ravenna so was pleasant for that amount of time. If I had been staying longer the location may have been a bit annoying - there was a fair bit of road noise and you need to use the underpass to reach the town center - which shuts at 9pm. Lot's of room in the room and piping hot shower with lots of towels.
Cons: The room was quite dark and the staff at breakfast were positively surly.

Pros: The site is just perfect for sightseeing tour - everything is very close and there is no problem to get anywhere from rail station and get back)). Me and my daughter liked also breakfasts - they were tasty and healthy - every morning we enjoyed fresh fruits, juices, yogurts, granules, cheeses, delicious pastries and, of course, the best Italian coffee in the world!

Pros: An amazing experience! The staff is just so helpful and nice, the room was tidy and comfortable, the breakfast is surprisingly good and rich! They helped me a lot during my stay in Ravenna, which is a miracle and a must see town if you are traveling in Italy! And the location next to the train station is perfect if you need to leave your luggage while exploring Ravenna.

Cons: Everything was perfect. For those who care a lot about a hair dryer I can suggest traveling with their own one, because the hairdryer they have in the bathroom is not too strong. For me it wasn't a problem at all.
