Pros: Very unique in the outstanding hospitality offered. Beautiful accommodation with thoughtful touches and great breakfast. Location was fantastic and close to many different eating options. Perfect position for visiting the beautiful mosaics of Ravenna. Highly recommended

Pros: The structure is very close to the city center (3-5 minutes walk) and perfectly accessible. There are several parking lots along the road, although almost all of them are for a fee The building inside is beautiful and is characterized by a sometimes modern style that perfectly matches with its historicity. Inside it seems to be in a stately home: the ceiling of the staircase leading to the rooms is frescoed and so are those inside some apartments. Each apartment has its own bathroom and the kitchens are all equipped. On the top floor there is also a breakfast room and a panoramic balcony with a view, in addition the house has its own green and lush courtyard. The quality/price ratio was really honest and very convenient, and finally the staff was very cozy and kind.

Pros: Easily one of the most attractive rooms we've stayed in Europe. Interesting decor and antiques, but best of all was the ceiling painted in Roman villa style and strageically-lit. Also liked how spacious the suite was (including the bathroom) and how it had essentially 5 beds, how the staff helped us find free parking nearby, and now central the hotel was overall.

Cons: Only downside was that it was quite noisy in the street until around 3am as there is a small pizzeria just underneath the room we stayed in.

Cons: Noise from other guests on the first night. Junior suite turned out to be one large room. Judging by other reviews I think the owner(s) must have been away. We only ever saw somebody on arrival, and at breakfast, who couldn't speak any english. Nasty smell from downstairs, perhaps they were having problems with the drains?

Pros: The service was great. Everyone was friendly. We asked for hot water for tea in the evening, and it was given with a smile. Also, breakfast was very fresh, fresh ripe fruit, delicious hot chocolate with real whipped cream and a lollipop for my daughter. The hotel has a small garden, a chapel, and I think bikes that are available to use. Close to major sites and the train station, and a few parking spots inside the courtyard.

Pros: Very good location opposite Santa Appolonia church, with its wonderful mosaics. I found the staff very helpful and friendly, the breakfast was good and the hotel's lounges were lovely, a very good mix of antique and modern . The chapel inside the hotel was charming. All in all it was a very enjoyable stay and I will certainly stay here again next time I am in Ravenna.
