Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guest reviews for this hotel are overwhelmingly negative. Cleanliness is a major concern, with many guests reporting dirty rooms, unclean sheets, lingering odors, and general lack of upkeep. Safety is also a significant issue, with multiple mentions of broken locks, sketchy surroundings, and uncomfortable situations involving other guests or people in the parking lot. Service receives mixed feedback: while some staff are described as friendly or pleasant, others are unhelpful or unresponsive to problems. Bed comfort is often criticized, with several guests finding the beds uncomfortable or in poor condition. The only consistent positive is the hotel's location, which is considered convenient by some guests.
