Pros: The bagels were exceptional and so were the free cookies in the lobby of the facility!! It was a great experience for my husband and I as we came from Maryland.. We will indeed recommend this hotel! I did not catch her name (front desk agent) when we checked in.. but she was very sweet and answered all the questions we had.. Thank You!

Cons: Breakfast room is small, hot and cramped on the weekends. Truck and airplane noise is constant but not heard inside the room. Bathroom fan and room air conditioning were noisy.

Cons: The room had flies in it, the cooling source was a window unit that had apparently rotted the wall and the wall was replaced with patches of drywall and not painted. The room was damp and muggy. The staff was very aloof about helping with our luggage, not one person offered to help us to the “basement” with our six bags. This is not acceptable for a Marriot, especially for 200 a night !!

Cons: Elevator was broken, I was on a room at 4th floor, then so hard to climb after a day out. The shuttle does not work 24 hours/day and does not leave us on the train station, we need to walk aprox 5 minutes in a very dangerous area. Towels were not clean.

Pros: We stayed here overnight before catching a flight from Jfk. The place is very clean and comfortable with a restaurant on second floor- which we did not go to but looked good. It’s located a little ways from the center of Chinese district but convenient all the same. I’d recommend this place but book early, especially for a weekend visit.

Cons: There was not a room for even though I paid. I have Been trying to get my money back from you but you’re stupid and yes I mean stupid agents keep telling me that cancellations require one day charge it’s less than three days. I made the reservation 30 minutes before as I was in a cancellation flight situation. You took my money and provided nothing as the hotel had no rooms there when I arrived. I will be turning kayak

Cons: The place looks a little out dated from what I saw. Also the breakfast area was not large enough for the guest and they have these terrible metal garden chairs and tables that made for an uncomfortable seating area.

Pros: The hotel was clean but was set up strangely in a building with a spa, pool, restaurants, bars, buffers, karaoke, etc. if you’re young and want to hang out there all night you will enjoy it. 24/7 traffic and drunks yelling.
Cons: There was a plastic-like smell in the room that seemed to emminate from the AC vents. We had to sleep with the window open and non-hotel guests leaving the building bars loudly woke us up each night between 2 and 5am. Car valets yell and honk 24/7.
