10.0 Excellent
Pros: N/A
Cons: We had a great time the only thing is our paper work said the total would be $315.95, but upon checking out it was $318.85 we didn't notice the difference of $2.90 until I unpacked our suitcase. Which we had printed the receipt on August 30,2019 before coming to Motor Lodge Saturday September 14, 2019.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The bedding was so comfy! The feel was nostalgic and laid back. From the call to let us know the room was ready two hours early to to cookies at departure, we had a great experience! : )

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The details in the room were fantastic, such as the make up remover, the ceiling fan, the lollipops and the water to name a few. Victor was so helpful in showing me to my room and going over the amenities and how the shower would work (I'm not sure I would have figured that one out alone). I truly loved everything about my stay!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: So cute! Nice staff. Very comfortable.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: It's a beautiful hotel.
Cons: Nothing
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Location right in the heart of Whiskey Row and walking distance to great restaurants. Across from the Square with weekly entertainment. Easy drive and parking garage right behind the building. Perfect shaded bonus.
Cons: Was not aware there is no elevator or comfortable seating in the room. 25 stairs straight up so not advisable for anyone who has knee or ankle issues. We enjoy a glass of wine in the room but only have folding chairs and a tv table to relax in. Bathroom roomy but again not for anyone with knee or ankle issues. It's a quaint claw foot tub that requires a stool to get in and out. Charming for sure but not for feeble patrons.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: THe hotel is not a big chain experience at all, the area is great for walking around, eating, going to shops and bars. THe big claw bathub is also neat.
Cons: Room is a little small, Price is high for area and only way in and out is steep stairs and the parking is across the alley. Otherwise i would give this place a perfect score.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Room was great, very historical looking, and practical. Chocolate covered strawberries were provided
Cons: AC unit was noisy. Breakfast options were basic/limited
7.5 Good

Cons: We had no complaints!!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The vintage style of the hotel and breakfast was great for continental!
Cons: No elevator, but after a few drinks who cares...lol
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I’ve stayed in lots of different properties on my worldly travels but this hotel goes into my top ten. Whilst not the usual run of the mill hotel with clinical rooms. This charming, historical hotel is great. The staff very very professional, welcoming and helpful. The rooms each individually named, we stayed in the Prospectors room have been decorated fabulously. They maybe a little compact for some travellers but we loved our air con and ceiling fan in the room. The bathroom though was super with a stand alone tub and brilliant complimentary water and toiletries. We ordered breakfast the night before and it was served on time in the room next morning, it was very good quality. There was cookies, coffee and iced water available on nearby landing The room also had several modern amenities iPod dock, cable tv and excellent WiFi. Location was on the historic Whiskey Row in easy walking distance of downtown Prescott’s restaurant and bars.
Cons: Having only spent one night there. It’s a great hotel. Parking could be an issue we were lucky to get street parking opposite. Also be wary all rooms are upstairs and just be aware no elevator in the hotel. We were aware of this so packed from main suitcase into secondary one for one night stay.

Pros: It’s a fun little place and very conveniently located to the square.
Cons: I think it’s a bit pricey.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is very nice with two outside patios to relax on, sipping a beer or glass of wine from the on-site bar. The room was comfy, clean and the front desk staff was very polite and helpful. There is a restaurant next door, Gastro Pub, and the music plays in the evening until around 9:00 pm. The hotel is in close proximity to Whiskey Row, barely three blocks depending upon where you are going, so you can always find your way back home, lol.
Cons: We were on the bottom floor this time and there were several heavy footed people above us who got up early and disrupted our sleep.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The customer service was stellar. Location is fabulous and within walking distance of Whiskey Row. Accomodations were amazing! Quaint and perfect for the era of this hotel! The coffee maker instructions and provision's for it were perfect and was the tipping point for me!!! Bed was super comfortable! I'm going to remember my stay there for ever I absolutely Loved it!
Cons: I Loved everything about this hotel!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Enjoy the history and convenience to downtown.
Cons: Hotel is in need of some repair; paint, eves, etc.
7.1 Good
Pros: The staff was amazing. The hotel is in a prime location.
Cons: It's a little too old for me. I know it was built in 1917 so that explains a lot. With the jet speed ceiling fans, radiator in the room, and old creeky floors, I think it's time for a renovation.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Centrally located and super cute hotel! Friendly and very helpful staff!
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly staff. The location is close to restaurants and a block away from Whiskey Row and lots of bars.
Cons: Had to change rooms since the A/C in the first room wasn't working properly. The second room took awhile to cool down. I'd suggest that if your staying that in the summer, call ahead so they can hopefully they can start cooling your room down.

Pros: Wonderful location; extremely helpful staff; wine on the veranda was lovely!
6.0 Good
Pros: Proximity to downtown
Cons: Toilet didn't flush correctly. Sink and bathtub never stopped dripping.
6.0 Good
Pros: The bed was very comfortable! It was cool to stay in the "haunted" room.
Cons: The description clearly states that complimentary continental breakfast was served every day. When we checked in though they told us they don't serve breakfast at all. Also the barn door to the bathroom is a terrible idea. It has huge gaps on either si

Cons: The reason we had to be there.
7.1 Good
Pros: Location and cleanliness
Cons: Repaired crack in bathroom looks bad. Bed not comfortable. Could not fully open window to let the beautiful day in
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We've stayed at the Hampton before and loved it. We've recommended it to friends who loved it as well. They provided a lazy boy chair at our request so my husband could sleep. He's had a broken neck and it's difficult for him to lay flat on a bed, even with pillows. The blankets provided were thoughtful and welcome. We're very pleased the hotel could provide the chair for us. We originally were going to stay 2 nights, but stayed three because of the chair and the third night was given to us at a very reasonable rate.
Cons: There was something wrong or stuck in the toilet and it overflowed 3 times, so we were dismayed by that. The staff was very accommodating and helped clean it up and left a plunger, but we were a little uncomfortable using the toilet.

7.0 Good
Pros: The bed was excellent, the room spacious and the bathroom quite modern in such a historic hotel. The room is beautifully furnished with furniture that matches the age of the hotel. The room and bathroom were extremely clean. Although it is a smoke free hotel, when we entered there was a whiff of someone having smoked
Cons: 1. It stated that free parking was available. We had to drive around for about half an hour before we got a parking space 400 metres from the hotel. - a slight inconvenience. 2. The rooms could, in this day and age, be better equipped with a coffee maker and refrigerator.

Cons: The tv didnt work well. Not good reception or quality and it was very small.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, very clean, friendly personnel
Cons: Thin walls, so I could hear my neighbors, difficult to regulate water in the shower, but then, in both cases, the building is very old, so it to be expected
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Nice experience, the location was great and hospitality was exceptional. I m sensitive to sound while trying to sleep...I had no problems in my room.
Cons: No in room coffee maker. Small bathroom with no counter top area around sink. Renovation would be welcome but it has a rustic feel that compensates for the lack of modern amenities.

Pros: Typical Residence Inn, noting spectacular.
Cons: Terrible location, right on Highway 69. Continuous traffic noise 24 hours a day, emergency vehicle sirens, etc. Rooms facing the highway are not recommended. Front desk staff never smiled or greeted us as we entered the lobby, it was as if no one wanted to be working here. Stayed at hundreds of Marriott branded properties around the world, this one was a real disappointment. Management needs to review their customer relations processes and remind the staff that customer satisfaction is their responsibility.

Cons: The room we stayed in was very clean but there was a slight smell of old cigarette smoke.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: All new updated rooms. Good breakfast.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Location.
Cons: Firstly, when we arrived the reception staff could not find our booking, despite my being able to produce my confirmation number and full details, and a lot of time was spent keeping us waiting while the booking which they could not find was 'cancelled' and we were given a new booking. Secondly, and worst of all the inside of the hotel is basically a building site. We were given a room on the second floor, half way down the hallway from the lift and every other room near us had been taken down to the bare wall. Throughout our stay there was the constant sound of electric saws, hammering and other construction noises! Not very peaceful as you can imagine.

7.9 Good
Pros: The beds, general amenities, and surrounding area. I would come here again.
Cons: Air conditioner fan did not have a low setting - only high - and it was too loud - disrupted sleep. And it did not seem to cool as well as it should. Also - I think they should have a later check-out time for the amount they charge per day.
7.0 Good
Pros: Good breakfast options.
Cons: The toilet was way too low and wasn't anchored properly. Would move when you got up.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good breakfast
10.0 Excellent
Pros: I liked that the room was big and clean. I also liked the temperature of the water in the pool it wasn't cold it was cool.
Cons: I didn't like the hours you had to be by at breakfast 9 being the latest. We wanted to sleep in a little longer.
7.5 Good
Pros: The breakfast was decent, but could have used a little more variety\options. Then again, I'm an avid home cook so maybe normal people will be more impressed. The hotel room was very nice, and spacious! It was bigger than my apartment bedroom and living room! That probably says more about my apartment than it does about the hotel though. Nice big bathroom, also bigger than both my apartment bathrooms combined... Aw, man, I think I just really need to move out of my apartment. There was also a nice balcony, a soft comfy bed with clean sheets, mini fridge and a nice desk for drawing.
Cons: Thin walls and ceilings. Could hear people stomping around above us before 6 am both mornings and talking in the hall outside at a normal voice level and ESPECIALLY when they let their children yell and run past our room. Could hear it all even through my earplugs, which I use every night. Light sleepers like me may want to look somewhere else.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great experience. Super convenient in all regards.
Cons: Nothing.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The bedroom was separated from the living area.
Cons: The eggs at breakfast were bad. Couldn’t even eat them. The rest of the breakfast was average.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hotel all around great room great bfast great spa pool had a great stay will stay again
Cons: Both Keys did not work more than twice Ugh
10.0 Excellent
Pros: If you're traveling with a dog there is an excellent trail area behind the hotel to walk them. There was ample parking and all of the rooms had decks or patios. The rooms are very large with minimal decor and louvered windows so sound really carries.
Cons: The girls checking us in weren't very inviting. I actually felt like I was bothering them.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: My families beat hotel stay in years, from the breakfast to the pool to the location, a well maintained and great place to stay.

Pros: Spacious room and amenities

3.0 Mediocre
Pros: The location is nice
Cons: The first thing I noticed was the very very dirty worn out carpet, and it smelled. The fixtures and bed frames were cheap and not up to standard for a classy hotel. I was disappointed spending $250 for this very unkept place. The arrangement of the furniture is also odd and uncomfortable, in the lobby area. And I was at least excited to have a strong cafe latte in the morning. And that was another extreme disappointment. Not only was it $16 for two Cafe lattes, but they tasted like water with a taste of coffee, I had to purchase a different coffee as soon as I left the hotel. This hotel was a major disappointment for me and my family.
6.7 Good
Pros: The location was perfect. It was directly across from the the wedding event we were attending.
Cons: Comparing rooms with our friends who also stayed at Hassayampa Inn, I was disappointed to find out that we paid the same rate. They had a full sized bathroom, whereas we had a bathroom that was extremely small!! You could hardly turn around in the shower, and our sink was right next to our bed.

Pros: The nostalgia, the location and the amazing, friendly, accommodating staff. Felt like family
7.0 Good
Pros: Great location. Historic quality.
Cons: Carpet dirty room and halls

Pros: The lobby was great. The location - close to a lot of restaurants and the nice park downtown - was terrific. I read that your hotel was haunted. At night, I believe a spirit pressed on my mattress two times.
Cons: The room was too small - it was like rooming in a closet. The bathroom was so small, I had to turn sideways to use the toilet.

Pros: The hotel is beautifully restored historically. Nicely maintained and decorated.
Cons: The room walls and adjoining doors are very thin. The couple next door arguing very loud when we arrived and then noisy at 2 a.m. They were attending a wedding and came back arguing. We didn't sleep much.

Pros: We felt so welcome from the beginning. I even made a special request from one of the ladies at the desk to see if she could find me a lime. She knows who she is and she is my buddy LOL. sometimes the little things are the most important to us and besides that particular incident there were other little things that we helped with that some people might not feel is very important, but important to us. We will definitely be going back there as my sister and her husband and my husband and I had a wonderful time and it was because of this facility. Thank you Forest Villas!

8.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is beautiful both inside and out. It feels like going into a mini estate from the past with its spiral staircase and garden surrounded pool and spa.

7.5 Good
Pros: Beautiful inside and cozy
Cons: Few glitches in service, patio had standing water and was dirty ...room wasn’t cleaned the one day of the three we asked.. Dirty smelly diaper in Vending machine location.. Breakfast service was short handed on the weekend and under stocked
5.4 Okay
Pros: Piano player Sunday morning was talented. Parking was available. Water in the lobby. No resort fee.
Cons: Dated rooms! Cleaning was sub par. Breakfast was tasteless, could not eat the eggs.... had to go to the nearby bagel shop instead.
2.5 Mediocre
Cons: -the grass area just below the pool turned out to be a miserable dirt field not suitable for my 6 pound dog -the water did not drain as I began taking a shower, so I turned off the water, lifted the metal drain plug and to my horror saw Kleenex or toilet paper plugging the drain. Since I needed to finishes up with my shower, I called my husband out of bed and asked him to hold the waste can over the tub and I proceeded to pull out paper, hair, plastic pieces from band aids and other gunk! It was so awful my husband was reluctant to shower. How was this possible?

Pros: Room was very large, clean and updated. Comfortable beds.
Cons: A few little things: low water pressure in shower, slow drain in sink.
7.5 Good
Pros: It was fine for the pricepoint but you can’t expect much in Prescott. Staff was very friendly.
Cons: My only real complaint was the sheets felt like sandpaper. They should really invest in that since sleeping is the primary goal.
5.0 Okay
Pros: Cleaning staff did a poor job one night and skipped cleaning our room another night. Lobby staff provided us with clea towels etcthat night.
Cons: Room cleaning during our stay was not good.
8.0 Excellent
Cons: Small bathroom
10.0 Excellent
Pros: As with all Best Westerns, it meets all the standards that I expect from a Best Western facility.
Cons: I drink tea. There was an insufficient supply of tea, particularly herbal tea, available for guests in the lobby.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The hotel had a great location and was super close to a lot of top spots. The front desk guy was friendly and even gave us some tips on stay. The free breakfast bar was perfect with a great selection of items to choose from. We only stayed one night so we didn't use any of the other features or amenities.
Cons: The shower pressure was very weak. The WiFi was also a little slow. It's on a busy street so getting in and out is a little hairy unless you go around the back. I was only there for one night so I didn't get to visit the rest of the hotel.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: Amenities good and staff helpful
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Close to family and shopping. Outdoor pool. Liked the view from the front door but not from the balcony. Staff is very efficient.

Pros: I love how clean it was, And the decorations were nice so inviting I just wanted to jump into bed!

Pros: location
Cons: Outdated, old, it is odd that coffee pot was put in bathroom counter, perhaps they don't want you feel like to drink it.

1.0 Poor
Pros: Nothing.i stayed one night & left next morning. Bad location, poor area. Not a nice place. Chemical, musty odors poor lighting, old furniture. They.charged my credit cRd for my full reservation,"only stayed 1 night"..they oweme $---.
7.1 Good
Pros: The room was nice. Plenty of towels and easy access. The girl at the desk was more than helpful. We made our reservation on line with our phone and it went very easy and when we arrived everything was ready.
Cons: The beds would have been good except they creaked horribly every time you moved. Very noisy and woke people up in the next bed. We made our reservation on line through our phone but our other couple got disconnected and when they called back couldn't get through. They wanted their own room but when we arrived all the rooms had been booked. A big event going on that weekend so it wasn't their fault. The toilet was loose on it's base and wiggled a lot. They may not have known and we left too early this morning to tell them.

Pros: Nothing to add.
Cons: Nothing to add
10.0 Excellent
Pros: nothing
Cons: I booked a room with 2 queen beds and was given a king bed. I was staying at the hotel with my 30 year old son. We asked to be moved and the man at the front desk said they were fully booked, even though they had keys on the rack. He gave my son a single plastic air pad, one pillow and blanket. The air pad was so small and my son is over 6 feet. The man at the front desk claimed he was the owner and didn’t care. My son ended up sleeping on the floor. The cleaning crew had left the window open and right outside our room was a smoking area, so our room smelt of cigarette smoke. Will never stay here again or recommend this place.
8.0 Excellent
Pros: It was very quiet.
Cons: The view out the back was the roof top of a building, so no view. Our room was on the second floor, no elevator, my husband is handicap and stairs are very difficult for him.
5.8 Okay
Pros: Rustic
Cons: Window wouldn't lock , next to dark back area!
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Great room with kitchenette! Just a 5 minute drive to the courthouse square area. This was our second stay at Sierra Inn. We were in the building across the street from the office which was fine. If you’re in this building, there are 2 floors - we were on the second floor & if you have difficulty with stairs, this may not work for you - make sure you mention it in your reservation. This is our, “go to” place to stay!
Cons: Railing going up the stairs is loose. Water could have been hotter when showering.
5.0 Okay
Pros: VERY LIMITED, NO MILK , NO ORANGE JUICE, VERY LIMITED SELECTION OF PASTRYS (ONLY TWO) BED NEEDED NEW MATTRES ROOM WAS CLEAN AND NEAT AND HEATER/AC KEPT IT VERY COMFORTABLE. WILL NOT STAY THERE AGAIN BUT WAS VERY AFFORDABLE.
Cons: ALREADY STATED THAT.
5.0 Okay
Pros: The Sierra Inn is conveniently located just south of downtown Prescott, right on the highway. Even though on the highway, it is quiet. We had a huge corner room (18) with 2 queen beds. Check in was quick.
Cons: Cleanliness - One bedspread had a stain on it that appeared to have been pretty recent, like someone had vomited on it. The white grout on the bathroom floor isn't white any more. Toilet paper holder had been pulled off the wall and was missing.
7.1 Good
Pros: It was clean inside. It was comfortable.
Cons: 1)The breakfast was nonexistent! It was terrible. No juice no decent pastries nothing but cheap sweets, terrible. We did not try breakfast there a second time. . 2) Dead beetles were all over the exterior.
7.5 Good
Pros: The size of the room and the layout. Nice that they excepted pets.
Cons: Quality of the renovation was poor. Could see out of our front door, therefore was noisy. Had to hunt for the switch for the fireplace.
7.9 Good
Pros: Overall nice appearance and modern look in the room. A comfortable room. Desk person was very friendly.
Cons: Only two bath towels for a family of four in a two bed room. A loose floor board and sticking bathroom door should have been fixed long ago. Curtains barely cover the window when closed. The “Eco Advanced” toilet paper was way to eco. A few tiny ants near the sink, a small spider in the bed and a large dead beetle on the floor.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was very nice and the beds were very comfortable.
Cons: The railing going up to our second floor unit was very loose on one side. Could be dangerous. Also there was a step down at the bottom that should have red tape to indicate the step down. My husband fell because he was carting our luggage and did not notice it. Fortunately he did not get hurt
7.9 Good
Pros: Great location!
Cons: Floors were a bit dirty, and some stains on towels. I saw a few tiny bugs, but nothing serious.

Cons: Parking is snug, and the construction trailers in the parking lot at night made things a touch snugger. There was auxiliary parking available in another lot across from the lobby.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was good and lots of it. Location was right across from their junior college, easy to locate.
Cons: Some of the staff was smoking out on the patio right next to one of the main city streets. Not a good image for the public to be seeing.

Pros: Excellent location ... close to all! GREAT breakfast and very nice staff!
Cons: Room 136 (which we select every time at this property) was extremely musty and humid smelling! I think the A/C unit needs to be cleaned and filter changed(?)!

9.2 Excellent
Pros: Great location. Nice for the price.
6.7 Good
Cons: The management required us to pay $30 CASH ONLY, in order to avoid tax because we were unable to reserve the room for the 4 people. They said if we did cash it would be $30 extra because I paid the $100 with my debit card, but if I didn’t pay cash it would be $40 plus tax! She tucked the cash away under a folder and I felt that was extremely dishonest. She also called me a liar when I said I was unable to reserve the room for 4 guests online. I will be contacting the better business Bureau to file a complaint as well as updating our corporate office on the issue at hand as we are unable to claim the $30 cash transaction for our business trip. The hotel was nice and clean otherwise.

Pros: The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and all the amenities were in good working order - wifi, A/C, tv, fridge. The towels were soft and thick, and the front desk brought more towels without us having to ask (the room was set up for two people and we were a party of three).
