Great location, but pricey for what you get
Staff were great and very accommodating. They even made me a take away breakfast bag as I was leaving before breakfast opened up.
Rooms don't have much to them and the beds are short in length. If you are an average or taller male, you are going to be hitting the headboard or footboard all the time. Restaurant is good, but more expensive than other restaurants with better quality food just blocks away.
Staff very nice ,good location and great restaurant
The location is great, close to the old town, price is good. If you want to have a late evening enjoying some beer and food, the restourant/pub is a great place.
Large comfortable family room including spaceous en suite. After 11pm hotel was quiet, Spaceous breakfeast room, good buffet menue all you can eat. Hotel arranged taxi to from airport , price reasonable. Staff pleasant, helpful, good english.
No tea / coffee maker in room.
It's a 15th Century Building with the original beams but modernized!
No elevator, up to 4th floors!
Friendly staff, very good location both for shopping and sightseeing. Very close to the Metro.
Excellent location; good value for money; friendly staff
minor, but once I came back to find my room door wide open - apparently the cleaning crew mistake, but the staff insisted it was our fault until I proved otherwise. It took them a day to reboot one of the two public computers.
The beer and the food were great and reasonably priced. The location was also well within distance of pretty much everything.
The food and beverage staff were horrible and extremely rude. They should learn how to treat foreigners better if they want tourist business.
services and comfort
Very nice room, very good stuff and tasty brakefast. Room was good value for money.
Perfect location, great staff, good breakfast (included), free WiFi and two internet capable desktops for use, airport shuttle service on request (not free), good hotel security.
