Staff don`t like to say "hello", bermen at the bar likes to say "no" and "prohibited". Rooms` cleaning is very bad. There`re very cold in rooms because they don`t have heaters inside. The breakfast is not veryable
The location of the hotel was truly perfect for getting to where you'd want to go.
I'm not personally crazy about the heavy use of the colour 'mustard' in halls and common rooms.
The Stuff is friendly and the location is superb.
The design and of course the location are marvelous
The room is small, the bathroom is extremely inconvenient!
Not much unfortunately.
lots... room to small. beds moved while sleeping in them, on wheels, very bad. beds way to small. lights near bed way too low, turned on accidently often. so noisy, such poor sound proofing. pillows terrible. water transfer from bath to shower head terrible. your hotel is a classic case of an architect gone mad, absolutely no sense of practically, and i should know being a builder.
Location, airport car transfer
Shower leaked water all over bathroom, cramped room Sauna not built yet
location and the style was quite nice but as I will explaine below improvements are needed.
The hotel had only been open a week and I don't think it was ready to take guests. Facillities were not ready such as the gym and sauna no little luxuaries in the rooms as toileteries, robes and slippers. The staff though plesant did not engage with the guests, I think this is due to language which made chit-chat impossible, so this hotel just didn't cut it for us, they will need tpo do a lot to attract the sort of clients that would be looking for a boutique style hotel.lack of communication, the fact that we only found out it had only been open a week before we arrived I would have cancelled it. Due to the style of the rooms and the fact that all the room interiors are black we found the cleaning aspect a bit of a let down as there finger marks remained on the black surfaces such as doors, wardrobe etc and these remained all week, which began to look unsightly. The cleaning staff really need to be on top of this and other cleaning products might need to be considered. There were no movie channels and nothing in english excep BBcCworld news and CNN plus the radio was not set up on the TV.
Great boutique hotel, fantasic location - main shopping street, round the corner, 10 min walk to Charles Bridge and Palace. Would have given excellent for services however, the hotel had only been open 1 month and a few things like internet etc were not up and running yet.
The location was excellant, 2 minutes walk from Wenclas Square, 10 mins from the Old Town and St Georges Bridge and round the corner from loads of market stalls and another shopping area. The staff at the hotel were very welcoming and helpful, they couldn't do enough to help. The rooms were very nice and finished to a good standard. They were very clean.
The rooms were abit small and there wasn't alot of room to put things
