Budget option for visiting Prague. Hotel is of older type but the beds were fine. It is about 5 km from city centre with tram. There are 6 and 24 tram line end station just beside the hotel.
Breakfast was little plain.
The staff was without the smile, especially the woman who worked at the reception. Also during the checkin she just gave me the key and without to say me more information, so i had to ask about everything by myself. She looked really annoyed to be there , unprofessional approach. The only one who looked nice was the cleaning lady. Also this hotel is not good place if you want to rest, its noisy and it can be maximum for 1 night. We are not talking about the price , the price is good and its cheap hotel so you cant be too hard , but we are talking here about the hotel standards and this hotel , especially hotel staff , really not.
Big room, clean comfortable bed and good price
Very rude staff, send her on a training course as she had no idea how to talk to customers. Arrived early and was told we can check in yet (which I understood) however was really rude about it, wouldnt let us store our bags.
if you need to stay at that area of Prague then it is an excellent value for money not bad breakfast
not easy to find it by night in theory plenty of parking places but in reality no proper parking
Okay hotel for a 1 night stay, for catching a flight the day after. Far from the city center but not too far from the metro, which will take you to the city center. Okay breakfast buffet.
The woman at the reception told me I could stay until 11 AM even if check-out should be at 10:30, but she said I could stay until 11 AM. The other woman at the reception the day after told me that I have to check-out at 10:30 and did not honor my request which was approved the day before.
