Pros. Amazingly beautiful historic hotel right at the base of the Charles Bridge. Walking distance to Old Town, castle, Astronomical Clock and all the sites. Despite the bustle of the street the room was quiet and comfortable (and quite large!). Highly recommend.
Cons. There is no elevator (so if your room is upstairs plan to hike with your luggage). No bathtub, only a shower.

Opt for a Room with a View
Several guests recommended choosing a room with a balcony facing the Charles Bridge for a spectacular experience.
Consider Noise Levels
Some guests mentioned that rooms facing the street or the Charles Bridge could be noisy, so light sleepers may prefer rooms facing the inner courtyard for a quieter stay.
Mind the Stairs
Several guests noted that the hotel has no elevator and multiple floors, so it may not be suitable for those with mobility issues or heavy luggage.
Check for Vegan Breakfast Options
A few guests suggested that the breakfast could have more labeled vegan options, although they still found the breakfast to be good overall.
Take Advantage of the Location
Guests appreciated the hotel's proximity to major attractions like the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle, making it convenient for exploring the city on foot.
Consider Sound Isolation
Some guests mentioned sound isolation issues due to the historic building's structure, so light sleepers may want to consider this when choosing a room.
Note Weak WiFi Signal
A few guests on the top floor experienced weak WiFi signals, so guests reliant on strong internet connectivity may want to consider this when choosing a room.
Be Mindful of Bathroom Amenities
A couple of guests reported issues with bathroom amenities, such as the absence of shower gel on the first day, so it may be wise to check the amenities upon arrival.
Embrace the Historic Atmosphere
Many guests appreciated the historic appearance and vintage interior of the hotel, which added to the overall charm of their stay.
Consider Room Selection for Comfort
Some guests found the mattresses to be less comfortable, so it may be beneficial to inquire about room options to ensure a comfortable stay.
