The staff was amazing and so helpful. Really made us feel comfortable.
Honestly everything was great.
Good but should let you know it's under construction
I like the staff. Friendly.
Construction at 8 am in the morning.
I didn’t like paying a resort fee, when this hotel is not a resort. I don’t mine paying for great service, but honestly the resort fee was a ripoff!! I didn’t get anything for the fee I was charged, it was just extra money on top of the other charges.
Big room, nice tv, very comfortable beds, good friendly service
Bathroom was a bit on the small side. All of the food and other assortments were VERY overpriced. Maid also came in without announcing herself. Sheets had some crumbs on them when we came in.
Although room was located on the 6th floor, the continuous noise from a generator on the ground floor was so loud it ruined our sleep and stay
We had a great stay!
The location of the Heathman is in the heart of downtown Portland and close to everything. The amenities are plenty and the dinner restaurant room service is excellent. We stayed in the Oregon Symphony suite and the decor is amazing with plenty of extras. In room French press coffee is a great touch. Customer service is excellent and the staff is sure to make your stay memorable.
The late night food service menu could stand to have more choices.
Staff attentive to requests and very personable! Everything was super clean.
Beautiful boutique style hotel in the heart of dow
Loved the attention to detail and the French Press coffee in the room.
My husband did not like the fitness room. Too small and only one option for weights.
The hotel was great. Location was easy, the room was beautiful, and the staff were friendly. The french press in the room was a perfect touch and the corner view was perfect. Check in and out was incredibly quick and easy. Really a great staff.
The walls were paper thin! Twice we had a grumpy neighbor come and bang on our adjacent door telling us to quiet down. first time we were enjoying some wine and we did get in a bit late, so understandable. The second night we were simply watching a movie at 8pm. Ridiculous thing to deal with considering how much we payed to stay there. In the mornings when they woke up I could hear them arguing over itineraries and even zipping up their luggage. Careful those walls are THIN!! This was the executive king room.
