The location and room we got were really nice. We had an amazing view of downtown Portland.
The heater appeared broken in our room and we had to request a space heater, which took > 1 hour and two phone calls to arrive. The bathroom door was a bit awkward.
The library is incredible. I could live in that room. The staff were all efficient and very helpful. And the bed was very comfortable.
The room was cold. Not just the temperature but the aesthetics. Perhaps it was supposed to be modern chic, but it came off as uninviting and a room I didn’t want to be in. We did turn the thermostat up but it took half the night to even begin to be comfortable.
The staff was amazing and so helpful. Really made us feel comfortable.
Honestly everything was great.
The staff was lovely and very helpful. The room was very comfortable and the location was excellent.
Would have liked a packet of coffee or tea to go with the electric kettle.
The hotel was very cute, and unique. The service was really nice and professional. The location was perfect for 1st time traveler to Portland. We wish if we could stay more at this hotel! we will be back for sure again!
We loved it everything!!!!!
