The decor was fairly well done. That was the only good thing about this hotel
Everything! I was able to check in early, which was nice-but that was basically Due to the fact that the whole city was abandoned due to Covid. Every amenity was removed (gym, breakfast), there was no water, no coffee. Why was the rooftop closed? You could have had distance restrictions, or put certain precautions in place (masks were required everywhere anyway). Offered complimentary bottled water or a coupon for free coffee, something! In addition, the area of this hotel is not safe for single travelers.
Helpful staff. Very clean room. WiFi worked well.
Very small space. Room thermostat malfunctioned. Ice machine on bottom floor below the lobby.
I really appreciated how friendly the staff was! Customer service was genuine.
Parking was expensive but close, that was great, and the default charge if you didnt bring parking pass back worked in my favor because i needed parking when i didnt plan on another night but because i still had my pass i still had a spot reserved, it was a relief but could have worked against me, should have asked more questions in the beginning or been given a time frame for return to not be charged. No big deal but i do wish breakfast was included as advirtised on the site, i understand why is wasnt but it ended up costing us a lot more money than intended, could have gone to a hotel and used points and gotten free breakfast- its important when traveling with kids.
The room was great. Good space. A nice cushy mattress. Good bathroom. It seemed worth the cost. Overall it was comfortable and hit the right spots in location and cost. I felt comfortable. Great staff.
Some of the stuff that comes with the room didn’t, like a free breakfast. That should be taken down from their room information until COVID is over. Parking should have been free in place of it. We had chosen partly because of free breakfast.
The bed, the shower.
Other than the room itself, the hotel felt very dirty. It seemed like maybe they were cleaning less, instead of ramping up cleaning during covid. The room was nice, a bit dated, and honestly still not as clean as it should have been.. bed was comfy and shower was nice. If they are going to be open during covid they need to put a lot more effort into keeping everything sparkling clean.
