Had a real problem with billing. I fully paid for 2 nights ahead of time, but the hotel charged me for 3 nights on top of the 2 nights already paid for. So for 2 nights I've been charged for 5 nights. There is a phantom person that I need to talk to for resolution, but unable to connect. Everyone is real polite about the problem, but nobody has authority to do anything about it. I've stayed here a couple times, always something annoying and this is the worst. Last time for me, my recommendation is to stay away.
Location location location! Restaurants are both great. Room was clean and pretty. Staff was helpful and very nice!
They didn’t warn us when we booked that it was mandatory valet parking AND that there was a parade the next morning so we were trapped unless we moved our car before 8- but then they said it really should be before 7 because they’ll be busy. The room was ok, but dirty in spots. Overall not even close to 5 star quality.
I like the downtown location. The bartender at the roof top bar was friendly and accommodating. The room was larger than expected, but there was a cigarette hole in the curtain and no room in the mini fridge for our left overs from dinner.
The valet that greeted us when I asked where to park was very dismissive. He seemed unwelcoming. I booked the hotel for the acclaimed roof top bar, which was very disappointing. It was very small and in need of remodeling. Our room needed dusting.
Exceptional staff. Concierge services were excellent. They had good suggestions and good follow thtough.
