it is hard to get a room with nice views
Friendly organized top notch hotel
Downtown Portland is so sad w all the homeless people.
For $450, the room was way too small
such a great location for walking, restaurants, shops. check in was so nice. I even double booked myself&they just cxld the 2nd res with no charge
well everything there was spectacular. I guess just the price
Had a real problem with billing. I fully paid for 2 nights ahead of time, but the hotel charged me for 3 nights on top of the 2 nights already paid for. So for 2 nights I've been charged for 5 nights. There is a phantom person that I need to talk to for resolution, but unable to connect. Everyone is real polite about the problem, but nobody has authority to do anything about it. I've stayed here a couple times, always something annoying and this is the worst. Last time for me, my recommendation is to stay away.
