Nice hotel. The resort fee is always bogus. The fee is for the gear room that NOBODY uses, the wifi and breakfast, and water that I never found. The hotel is nice, none the less, and I would stay there again. The staff were very friendly.

Pros (+) Located close to downtown shopping and Keller Auditorium. Staff puts customers first. In house restaurant is fantastic. Excellent wait staff and food is great. Great outdoor patio with gas fire pits. Rooms not big, but very nice. Valet parking adds $35 per night. Would stay there again.

Pros (+) Nice location, lots of the city is walkable from here. The lobby is beautiful and the front desk staff made us feel very welcome.
Cons (-) Once you get out of the lobby, the floors felt a bit dingy like they needed new carpets. The decor in the hallways felt a bit dated. Nothing particularly bad but just didn't feel quite polished. For the price I expected better.
