Very nice facilities. A huge room (a studio apartment). Everything you need in the kitchen (except no food which you'd obviously have to buy yourself). It was prob a low-price (30eur) only because of off-season, but it would be a good deal even if it was a little more expensive.
The hot-water was not working in the morning, but the staff were profusely apologetic, so I think it was very unusual. It'd be nice to put a little freebies in the kitchen as a welcome? (free coffee, etc) A location is a bit remote, but no problem with a car.
