Nothing. Rude staff refused to honor our Kayak reservation for 2 double beds (I was traveling with my 83yo father for a funeral). They argued for over an hour refusing to do anything but provide a “roll away” bed in a room without space for it. Hotel was full of high school athletes and was completely overwhelmed. Breakfast service was atrocious - one elderly lady trying to provide food and clean up after waves of teenage pigs destroyed they breakfast area. We attempted to eat - ended up having a couple sausage links and a piece of bread - I’ve been in a lot of 3rd world countries, this scene would compare to some of them.
Hotel refused to honor points (I’ve been a Hilton Customer 39 years) because stay was booked through a third party. Room was never cleaned even after a request directly to the housekeeper. Teenagers running up and down hallways until 4am. Took over an hour of arguing with management to obtain lodging despite a confirmed reservation 3 weeks in advance. I will be contacting Hilton today as well. I cannot recall ever being treated with more condescension and lack of decency. Advice - Do Not use a 3rd party booking - I ended up spending $475 for 2 nights in a Hampton Inn!!! (I’m still trying to figure that out but room was prepaid through Cancelon) apparently tacked on fees. I highly recommend staying anywhere BUT here. There are probably over a dozen hotels within a mile you should consider any of them. The ONLY possible advantage is that there is a Ruby Tuesday next door. It’s isn't great either but you can get something if you have to arrive too late to find anything else suitable.
The management and team at this facility should be commended for their outstanding service. I have used this facility for international business travel and will continue to use them again. They are clearly the stars of Hilton family hotels in the region.
The location is great if you are traveling on business - especially if using the airport. And the staff at the hotel are excellent. There is ample parking and the breakfasts are very good. The Ruby Tuesday's next door was great for dinner.
The hotel needs updating. The room was not tech friendly - lacked USB ports and enough outlets. The carpeting is very worn. The bed was ok, but a little too soft - perhaps just needing newer mattresses. However, everything was clean and well maintained for the age of hotel.

This hotel was everything we wanted: clean, comfortable, and close to where we wanted to be. Breakfast was good. Room was spacious and very clean. i would return to this hotel if I came back to Philadelphia.

Getting to Center City was very convenient and the driver to the Eastwick station was very good and courteous. I did not see the renovations as a problem and the front desk was very friendly in explaining the details of the hotel.

The staff was VERY accommodating. We needed a pack and play for our grandson and they brought one for us no charge and even offered to set it up. They also brought him some milk when we ran low. Wonderful staff. They even told us that when we return our rental cars that if we call them from the airport they send someone would bring us back to the hotel so the we didn't have to worry about it beore our 7am flight.
Price was a little steep.
Room was very clean, the bottom of my 5 yr old's socks stayed white. Comfortable rooms, friendly and accommodating staff, no parking fees, laundry facilities, nice complementary breakfast. All the water, tea, & hot chocolate you can handle. Quick easy drive to UPA Hosp. We will stay again.
