Front desk ladies and valet guys are amazing!!
The balcony and the view where amazing looking out on the strip. Size of the rooms are CRAZY BIG!!!!
checkout should be 1-2pm. People like to relax in your hotel, not have to get up and rush out of a nice comfy bed. ( front desk help with late check out on this stay and THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!! )
Bathroom in room 607
Room was great. Spacious, clean, comfortable, staff wonderful
The bathroom looked as if it had not been upgraded in years. It was dirty and old looking while the remaining parts of the room appeared to be upgraded and clean. Parking was horrible. I was misinformed by valet services on the prices for a parking garage nearby.
Not a Typical Embassy Suites
I like the size of the rooms
Our shower was broken, our toilet was broken, we were not given enough towels, we had to call down for toilet paper. The breakfast was good, but it was a mess which made me feel uneasy about eating because of how horribly unclean the whole area was.
Great
Loved the room and the staff.
Breakfast was overpowered by cooking meat and eggs. I am a vega. There are vegan options near by.
Great value for location it was close to museums
It was walkable to my event
Elevators were busy
Room door did not lock caught it on the way out on a Saturday nite. Waited over an hour for maintenance. Had to move to "the only room left" which was not a king bed (two doubles) and did not have a refrigerator. Really ruined the evening as we were not able to leave the hotel until midnight when we were planning to leave at 10:30. Got a new room the next day and the toilet did not work. Maintenance was there in a few minutes. Very disappointing experience. Front desk comped parking but then put it on my bill so I had to fight at the desk at check out to get parking comped.
Very bad experience
Recently I had my wallet stolen with my credit cards so I made the reservation with a relative's credit card, so when I checked in the ask for the credit card and obviously I didn't have it and the lady receptionist would not take other type of payment, so I lost the reservation and the money and ended up paying for a Holiday Inn which did accepted cash. Very bad hotel don't stay here.
Everytging
Staff were extremely friendly!
Spacious rooms
Overall, very good experience
The staff was great and very helpful. Our room was nice, very comfortable and clean. We liked the location as it was walking distance to some museums and also a Starbucks! Snacks in the early evening and free breakfast was a nice extra. I would definitely stay again at this Embassy Suites.
My stay would have been excellent had it not been for the very long wait we experienced with parking. We were aware that it would take about 30 minutes from the time we called the parking attendant to have our car ready for us at the front. We called right after we finished our breakfast, went to our room to gather our things and check out. Once we checked out we waited in the lobby for our car to be brought around about an hour. We finally asked and were told that the desk had not told an attendant to get our car ready. They got right on it but we ended up waiting about another 25 minutes for our car, making us late to our outing. Had it not been for this issue I would rate our experience as excellent.
I liked how big the beds were and I liked you provided extra towels
I can not believe you charge 40 to park overnight after charging me 200 for the room and for that reason alone I would never stay there again..
great people, great location
the air conditioner was very loud but necessary
Family reunion. Shopping. Museums. Walking
No. It was great
Big big rooms. Nice balcony's og small kitchen whit all what you need. Nice beds. Great morning restaurant whit good choice. Central placement.
The breakfast, helpfulness of staff, location near sites of interest, in-suite kitchen facilities, suite size with separate bedroom and living areas.
Kitchen sink was not clean, toilet paper was not replenished regularly enough and ventilation was noisy.
