Pros: Great host, fantastic views, large sunny room. Great black out windows. Everything felt new and fresh. Really nice sheets. Great espresso. (Limited) parking on site (but if parking is full you might find street parking a block away)
Cons: View was wonderful, but be aware it is a steep 15+ minute up and down walk to the center of town.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Host Cleanliness Location
Cons: No view from room.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Staff were amazing. Booked taxis and other transfers. I was offered water and hot drinks every time I was seen. Rooms were exceptionally clean and in good condition.
Cons: A small fridge for drinks and fruit or similar would have been useful for me as I didn’t always want to eat out.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The hosts were very nice and accommodated our every needs. If we wanted scrambled eggs they made it for us and if we wanted fried they made that. Very service minded and friendly.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great hospitality, super location, close to the old town by foot (5-10 minutes), superb breakfast. The view from the room was excellent. Assisi is visible from distance of 22 km. Clean, silent rooms. Komfortable bed. The owner were nice, friendly, always looking if we need anything but never disturb. We left the car there and made long walk around twice a day, always get back to the cool room to refresh. It was a pleasure to rest in the balcony after a long day with a cold drink.

4.2 Okay
Pros: Comfortable bed. Close to Perugia.
Cons: If you would like to sleep before 1am, I would not recommend this Locanda which is located directly above a noisy restaurant with windows overlooking the patio and parking lot and a busy road. No air conditioning, so windows need to be open for air circulation. To make matters worse during our stay work started on the roof with hammering at 9am. We were rushed to checkout before 11am so that they could clean the rooms. Owner insincere and not genuinely concerned about guests or experience.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was modern, very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The food in the restaurant was absolutely brilliant, for both our evening meal and our breakfast. Also with lovely views across the valley of Perugia. The owners were very kind and attentive while we were there. Couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. Locanda Stella is located just outside Perugia about a 5 minute drive, easy to get there and plenty of parking. All in all my partner and I were very pleased that we booked and stayed here.
Cons: Nothing
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Excellent host, very friendly and helpful. Very modern, bright clean rooms, superb breakfast, nearly all homemade and the scrambled eggs were a treat, all eaten overlooking the hills around Perugia. A major bonus was the hotel also had a restaurant with quality of meals to match the breakfast. If you intend to stay in the area do not go anywhere else but this hotel. We look forward to returning.
Cons: We stayed 4 nights and on the final night (Sunday) the restaurant is closed. So sad!

Pros: We stayed here for 2 nights while visiting Umbria during the day. The relais is in a gorgeous 17th century mansion and park that has been wonderfully restored and is beautifully maintained. Our luxurious room and bathroom had beautiful views on the Umbrian countryside. We ate dinner there twice and were quite happy with the Umbrian menu and wine choices. The breakfast was also delicious. The personnel welcomed us warmly and was very helpful the entire time. Our goal was to have an Umbrian experience and this relais chateau was definitely a great choice.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Wonderfully tranquil location overlooking the Umbrian hills, lots of character with a superb basement spa centre. The trapiste beer brewed onsite is delicious.
Cons: Can't really find fault, other than to mention the main house lighting is a little flat/dim. Mood lighting would really bring out the period features.. The spa/meditation areas are beautifully presented however.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: The location is fantastic, food is great and staff very kind. The place is peaceful and surrounded by beauty.
Cons: Top floor rooms are dark and lead onto the patio so it can sometimes be noisy at night.

Cons: I didn't notice any weaknesses, they are just perfect
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Hotel staff, friendly and respectful; very central location
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Super, family run hotel, right in the old centre of the city. Family could not have been more helpful.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was great, they picked up still warm bread and other baked goods each day, and the family that runs the hotel runs it as an extended part of their home. The location is so close to the historic center-- less than a three min walk!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern bathroom, small but functional; very comfortable bed; superb continental breakfast with second cappuccino offered. Marco provided a good map on entry, circling places to see and giving us a starting point to get acquainted with the city. There were many terrific restaurants within 5-10 minutes easy walking, and the city’s main square with the duomo and Palazzo dei Priori, Piazza IV Novembre, was just steps away. And as happens so often to us in Italy, we felt like everyone at the hotel really cared that we have a good stay.
Cons: Perugia’s historic center is on a hill high above the train line. The hotel was difficult to reach because the city’s escalator system was under repair. Quite by accident, we found that a city bus (“C” line) connected directly from the train station to Piazza Cavallotti, just 2 blocks from the hotel and on the same level. Google Maps provided directions for taking the Mini Metro from the station, then using the escalators to reach the top of the hill, but did not offer the option of the bus. We took it back to the station at the end of our stay, quick and easy and cheap (1,50€); and we wished we’d known about it earlier.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: although basic, the hotel is centrally placed and perfectly adequate for a short break like ours
Cons: The breakfast was fairly basic. Some cereals would be welcome.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: This is a friendly small family-run hotel. This is its strength. It will appeal to people like me who are not seeking grand, slick and glitzy.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: the location is very good. the staff are very kindly and help. we suffered from hot because no air condition.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location and free parking. The owners, a family-run business for many many years, were extremely kind and very accommodating. They were very helpful and enjoyed sharing stories with us. They also make a big effort to be environmental friendly which is important for us. The hotel was very clean with nice linen. Overall it was a pleasant experience. Great value for money.
Cons: Nothing.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was delicious! Lots of variety and very fresh.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We were welcomed to the hotel by a very helpful friendly couple. Instructions for parking the car were described in picture form which was helpful. Our room at the top of the hotel was spacious, cool and clean and we were so pleased to find we had a lovely terrace with fabulous panoramic views. Sitting here and it seemed almost unnecessary to go and wander around Perugia. However very glad we did it’s a beautiful, lively place.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Everyhing was excelent. All was very clean and confortable, the breakfast was very good, Chiara and others were very sympathetic and helpful. The location was excelent.
Cons: There is nothing I had not liked. But I have to advise that there is very much stairs to reach the rooms. For people with disabilities, this could be a problem. It is conveniente to ressalt that they were very helpful and help us to carry all the bagagge. Also, the box for shower was too small. For some people this also could be a problem.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: The location is very convenient. Good breakfast. The staffs are very friendly and knowledgeable. The room is quiet and the bed is comfortable.
Cons: The bathroom is a little small. The heat in the room is not controllable.
9.5 Excellent
Pros: Maria Teresa contacted me before I left home in case I had questions. She sent detailed instructions re: getting to the hotel. Guests feel as if they are in a B&B. Very much wanting guests to get the most out of Perugia. Excellent experience for a solo traveler.
Cons: Nothing could be done to improve the experience. It’s a very small hotel with first rate attention to guests.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Excellent service. The hotel is situated in the old part of the town, meaning that you can get to the heart of Perugia within a 5 minute walk. Staff were superb. Hotel was very clean. Breakfast was excellent.
Cons: Parking facilities are a little bit far from the hotel.
9.6 Excellent

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Maria Theresa was a most gracious and helpful host. She even organised our ongoing transport on the rail system.
Cons: We did find it a bit difficult getting to the hotel with heavy luggage, given we came by public transport. Some additional information on the best way to arrive would have helped us.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: We had the room with the terrace: the view over the city was spectacular!!! The room was very clean and cozy, the owner took his time explaining us everything (WiFi, mini bar, keys..). Very good location, you can reach city centre on foot in around 5 min.
Cons: No elevator

Pros: Extraordinary family that runs this beautiful resort and spa property. The restaurant was excellent and the grounds beautifully manicured It was a little slice of paradise and close by to towns of Perugia, Gubbio and Assisi. The three adorable sisters that manage the daily operations are delightful and helpful in every way.
Cons: There are no negatives

Pros: Great pool and location with amazing scenery
Cons: Pool hours could be longer. Opening at 10am and closing at 7pm denies the experience of early morning or evening swims which would be wonderful

Cons: The highway is very near.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Beautiful gardens and site. Lovely room with terrace and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant twice and the food is local, fresh and delicious! Breakfast was also very nice.
Cons: Nothing really.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Situated with a stunning view over sun flower fields. Lovely pool with levels. Rooms clean and had a castle-y feel about them. Good parking space. Wished we could stay longer. Will defenitely come back.
Cons: Breakfast was a bit short and the wait was a bit too long when we ate at the restaurant.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: The place is very beautiful, peaceful. Staff very attentive. The hotel is close for visiting of Perugia, Assisi and Spello. Room and bathroom is spotless clean. Diner at the hotel restoring was both romantic and delicious.
Cons: The room for 2, 3 or 4 person is the same. You get the same room with less possibility to move in. I wasn’t impress with breakfast. From the one hand it has all list of 4 stars breakfast, from the other hand you expect from Relais to be more indulgent. The bakery part wasn’t tasty and didn’t feel very fresh. We have 2 vegetarians That was very unhappy that omelette served in the same dish with bacon. Frankly speaking we had better breakfasts during our trip.

10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything, for real!
6.7 Good
Pros: The room/bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good and in a modern new wing of the hotel. The hotel a good marriage of old and new.
Cons: The location is unfortunate. Industry and retail have been built up around the hotel so there are no pretty views and lots of roads/traffic all around it.
7.9 Good
Pros: Breakfast was outstanding
Cons: Expensive compared to other similar accomodations Surroundings aren't the best
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Breakfast was plentiful, with a good variety of Italian breakfast options. Scrambled eggs were tasty, with a variety of breads, pastries, butter and jams. Probably too much sweet options for our taste. A good variety of fresh fruit, both cut and whole, cereal, grains and seeds with yoghurt. Juices, tea and coffee. Room was spacious and the bed reasonably comfy. We loved the block-out blinds. The towels were thick and luxurious. Plenty of storage in the room, with a desk and chair. (A table lamp would have improved this even more) The air conditioning was unusual in that it seemed to blow cool air intermittently, comfy enough for sleeping. Reception was very helpful during our 5 night stay. The staff we met all spoke more English than our level of Italian, which was both helpful and useful. They booked a table for us at the Restaurant next door which has the same name, just a short walk away. The entrance is at the back of the property through the carpark. Don't be fooled by the exterior when you arrive. Once you pass the pot plants outside, it is stunning! You walk under a vine covered pergola onto a courtyard. We visited during summer and the dining area is through the villa and out into a beautiful walled garden, with tables and chairs under a cloth/timber canopy. The garden is lit and the ambience is divine, as is the service from the staff. Ate here 4 nights. There is plenty of parking both paid (garage) and out-doors. Access to the property from the street is very convenient with room to move. We parked outside, so cannot comment on maneuverability within the garage. There is a courtyard with tables, chairs and a couple of out-door sofas and umbrellas. This was a nice spot to have an aperitif/beer etc after a day of sightseeing. The bar staff deliver your drinks to the table with some complimentary snacks including olives, corn chips and nuts. We used the small gym, but not the outdoor pool.
Cons: The shower screen in our room was a folded screen that we have never seen nor encountered during our 20 or so Hotel stay across Austria, Italy and Budapest. It leaked across the bathroom floor. Just inconvenient and slippery.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Clean, good service, perfect pool, quiet, breakfast with alot of choices, best restaurant nearby, short distance to Perugia, Assisi, Trasimeno.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Everything. Rooms style, nice, clean, beautyfull like hole hotel. Breakfast fantastic....Thank you ! Best hotel in our trip to italy. Road near by not disturbe att all.
Cons: No one bad word !
8.3 Excellent

Cons: Noise from the surrounding area and traffic.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: Great breakfast! Nice room size
Cons: Air conditioning was not functioning from time to time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Modern clean rooms
Cons: No issues at all
8.8 Excellent

Pros: I loved this hotel. When we (my wife and I) arrived, we were greeted with a lot of friendliness. The receptionist explained about all things such as hotel opening hours, breakfast, room, parking, city, city bus and so on. He helped us with our bags, it's our first time in Italy. The breakfast is simple but very nice and yummy. The room is very comfortable, quiet and clean just as the bathroom is also very clean. I recommend everyone who wants to stay further from the center like me (because of the LTZ).
9.6 Excellent
Pros: We travelled as a group and we really enjoyed our stay here. Stuff was super friendly and very helpful. Hotel is small and rooms are basic, but comfortable and clean. If I am around Perugia I would definately choose this hotel again.
Cons: There is nothing I can complain about.

Pros: Very friendly people and personel, Modern rooms (bit small) close to hospital if this is your primary destination. Up the hill location with nice view over valley and large pool. Nice location for vacation in summer. The bus line Z10 (stop in front of the hotel) is an attraction for itself. Good restaurant.
Cons: Nothing to complain
8.8 Excellent
Pros: What an amazing place to stay just outside of Perugia. Would be great in the summer months as they had a pool for guests. Wonderful views from room. The onsite restaurant provided amazing food and service.
Cons: Only downside; it was obvious that a previous guest had smoked in the room and they had tried to clean room. The room deodoriser was too much, we had to turn off air con and open the windows, and it still had the old smoke odour lingering. But we would still recommend the place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Pool
Cons: WiFi is bad. Slow and intermittent. Silly password protocol.

City center was a few minutes walk away and there were cute shops all along the way.
Cons: The decor was a little old fashioned, but perfectly serviceable.

Pros: A basic room - but this is what was advertised. It was however very clean. The location was excellent, a few minutes walk from the centre. Staff were all welcoming and really helpful with advice about sites and travel around the area.
Cons: Room decor would benefit from updating.
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Exceptionally friendly and helpful owners.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Staff were excellent. Location perfect. Value for money. When we come back to. Perugia we would stay there every time.

9.6 Excellent
Pros: The property was gorgeous- very Umbrian and attractive.
Cons: Nothing. It was fabulous.
7.9 Good
Pros: The property is set beautifully very spacious. It’s just outside Perugia on the road to Assisi which proved to be a nice location for me. The pool area is really large and nice with sun chairs. Pool was exceptionally clean and proper. The restaurant was nice and very family style. I enjoyed the buffet, super good and interesting choices.
Cons: The room itself was very dated and basic. It was comfortable for one person but for two it would be very small. The bathroom was larger but again super basic. The large lounge area was also nice but again just dated.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The croissants were extra flaky. The beds were super crispy.
Cons: The pool could have been filled with champagne.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great building. Garden. Tennis court. Food.
Cons: Nothing
7.1 Good
Pros: Friendly staff and lovely groumds
Cons: Not very close to the town
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The staff are lovely and the grounds are absolutely AMAZING. The pool is the best in Umbria I think. Never too crowded either. The guests are all really lovely. Keep to themselves, nice children and quiet. Heaven. Second visit.
Cons: Better choices on the dinner menu like pasta and pizza.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Rooms, location,nature,lots of facilities
Cons: No negative things to say
7.9 Good
Pros: The staff helped tremendously. They accommodated me and my jet-lagged 4 year old by sending up food to our room. The hotel property itself was beautiful and there were plenty of things to keep the family busy.
Cons: Although its not the property's fault, without the train stopping nearby to take us to other nearby towns, we felt a little bit isolated. A taxi to Perugia cost 35 euros or so.
7.1 Good
Cons: Booked a large family room and got tiny room with extra bed / matrace on the floor. Totaly unsuitable for 3 people. When i asked for a better room was told that nothing bigger available if that ibooked long in advance and had a confirmation from booking.com. Very disappointing , staff could not care less, even that we were part of large group booked into the hotel..... Apart from that very poor breakfast choice.

Featured amenities include express check-in, luggage storage, and a safe deposit box at the front desk. A roundtrip airport shuttle is available for a surcharge.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Great location, friendly and helpful staff.
7.9 Good
Pros: Perfect location! Not far from the PINCETTO STOP (MINIMETRO)and just opposite the escalator that takes you to the city senter (Rocca Paolina). 5 minutes away there is also a bus station with buses to Gubbio, Assisi... Room was fresh (never turned on airconditioning, even if it was 35* outside).
Cons: Our bathroom had a problem, when flushing the water was not stopping, it was loud. The owner kindly temporary fixed it few times but we spent 3 days worrying about it especially in the night because the noise was really loud and would disturb our sleep). Bed was a bit uncomfortable.
7.9 Good
Pros: Stayed only for one night. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. The guy at the reception desk was very friendly and he even let us leave our luggage in the hotel for a couple hours whilst we were still visiting the city. The location was really good as the hotel is situated very close to the old city and you can easily reach the top with the escalators which are open till late. The room was spacious and clean.
Cons: The only issue we had was that we got woken up at 7/7:30am in the morning by someone going up/down the stairs very loudly (possibly another guest checking out), it sounded as if they were jumping on every single step. Better main door for the room would probably keep more noise out. Or since our room was on 2 floors, moving the bed on the top floor and keeping the bottom floor as a lounge area would probably help. However, not sure if the space would allow this. It’s a shame, because overall we liked the place.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Excellent location just under city center, room clean, quiet in the night
Cons: Breakfast, cheaper parking (city parking - not part of hotel)
7.5 Good
Pros: BreWhiteakfast was held in a cafe down the road and was minimal
Cons: White containers of covered vegetable market immediately in front of hotel not very attractive
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Small and centrally located hotel with super friendly staff. We had a room with a terrace with amazing views of Perugia.
Cons: No lift, but it’s not too far to climb!
7.5 Good
Pros: Location. Near the Escalators to the old city.
Cons: No soundproof. Too noisy on the street when there's a market under the window. Room needs an update. No parking.
6.3 Good
Cons: One cannot download the baggage in front of the hotel after 20:00. There are a dozen steps before Hotel entrance and no elevator inside to reach a second floor. You hear traffic noise in the night and market noise in the morning just below the hotel.
8.3 Excellent
Pros: Very helpful and friendly manager. Amazing location at entrance to escalators to the centre. Amazing views from terrace. Outstanding value for money
Cons: A little cramped in main bedroom and bathroom. More tea, coffee and some milk would have been appreciated. No lift.
7.9 Good
Pros: Good location. Breakfast in a local bar, 50 metres away.
Cons: No elevator, had to carry luggage by hand to third floor.

Pros: Great hotel, location and very nice staff, also great breakfast
Cons: Nothing
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Location, clean and comfortable rooms, stunning pool, ... Everything really.
Cons: No problems with anything.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: The room was lovely (rm 135); they upgraded us to a suite. The decor was old fashioned but pretty, the living area had a red velvet couch and drapes. The bedroom was a bit more modern and neutral. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom had two sinks. It even had a shower plus a tub/shower! The staff were all terrific and so was the breakfast and coffee. I would certainly stay again if I ever get back to Perugia.
9.6 Excellent
Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff, exceptional location, high quality restaurant, just a charming place
Cons: Nothing negative, maybe the gym could be a little bit bigger, though it is the matter of taste
8.3 Excellent
Pros: The breakfast was superb. There were a lot of us staying and at breakfast Stefano gave us a big round table and kept re-setting places as people came in and out so that we could all have some fun with my six month old daughter. Stefano was just lovely, he went above and beyond, and made this the best part of our stay!
7.5 Good
Pros: Great location, classy hotel
Cons: Overpriced, slow/unattentive staff for a luxury hotel
6.3 Good
Pros: The room was much smaller than expected and the bathroom was so small that the bidet blocked its full entry. I choose the 5 star hotel as I travelled with my cat and I wanted him to have space. For the price that I paid I am suprised breakfast was not included. So, a 5 star hotel is the best of the best but the toilet paper was of poor quality and I had just 1 roll. No ashtray, no toothbrush: all of these things I expect from 5 star. I will say that the lication is beautiful and the staff were nice and the cleaning lady not only was nice to my cat but saved me leaving witjout my phone. With all that said, what you advertise on booking.com is soooo different from reality. Perugia Plaza gave me a better service for a fraction of the price - and the pool was bigger. The pool here is for newborns and kids. Sorry - not impressed at all.
Cons: Room size, toilet paper and the amount that was given. I was locked out at 5am and cound not get in etc etc etc.....
9.2 Excellent
Pros: Rooms were beautiful as were the views! And the pool is amazing. Lots of facilities and excellent location. We had to leave early am and the staff were good at making sure our car was ready for us.
Cons: Breakfast and parking were a bit pricey. And the vibe in the restaurants and bars were quiet and dour. Not very enticing.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
9.4 Excellent
Pros: Classy hotel takes one back to another century. Hosted many celebrities over the years including Charlie Chaplin, Anthony Hopkins and the Queen Mum.
Cons: Some of it looking a bit tired and worn. It’ll need some renovating soon.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Perfect location if you’re staying in Perugia with unbelievable views! The breakfast was outstanding and the staff were really helpful!
7.3 Good
Pros: The central location in town
Cons: Too many kids in the spa jumping around in the pool. Very little space to relas after sauna.
7.7 Good
Pros: staff very helpful, excellent location within centro storico. rooms are very large and all facilities in the hotel beautifully maintained.
7.0 Good
Pros: Very helpful staff. Good location. Very nice room with lovely outlook
Cons: Breakfast very expensive

Pros: friendly staff
6.3 Good
Pros: location
Cons: no breakfast included for such a high price
7.6 Good
Pros: The friendly and helpful staff. We did not meet anyone who wasn't helpful. This created a most welcoming atmosphere
Cons: The restaurant was a bit too expensive - it would have been nice to have had a room providing simpler meals, especially for lunch.
7.6 Good
Pros: View from the superior rooms was worth it and the rooms were very comfortable as well, interconnecting with each other. Breakfasts were great and the pool fun (though a little small for real swimming). Staff multilingual and very friendly.
Cons:
6.8 Good
Pros: Probably the nicest hotel in the centre and ideally located for a stay in Perugia itself
Cons: The pool and sports facilities were closed for restoration.
6.8 Good
Pros: Location, building, decoration
Cons: The rate for the internet connection was outrageously expensive. Should be a service at this level of hotels, or have a reasonable rate
7.6 Good
Pros: 1st night put us in a room next to elevator, very noisey. Made them move us next 5 nights to better room
Cons:

7.9 Good
Pros: Great location, very quiet, but still very close to centre of mediaeval city. Breakfast was OK, but coffee/tea/ all from one single machine so frequently a queue, and coffee average at best. Room itself was good, with two bathrooms (one with shower/loo/bidet, other with loo/bidet), and 14th/15th century original mural (remains of) on our corbelled ceiling. Only problem with noise was a balcony outside our window and noisy people shouting into their mobiles early in the morning - why oh why must they do that! The staff were very friendly and extremely helpful whenever asked - and there was always someone on duty on the front desk.
Cons: The bed was very hard and we both had trouble getting comfortable in any position other than lying on our backs. The pillows were some kind of foam plastic - not Dunlopillo foam latex - and again weren't comfortable.
9.0 Excellent
Pros: The hotel is adorable. We loved the outdoor patio and the staff was super friendly. The room was also nice though the bed was rather hard and not much choice in mini fridge. Overall we loved it and it was a great location.
Cons: The bed was a bit hard.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Charming place: a historical building in a perfect location (central but very quiet).
5.8 Okay
Pros: Great staff, pleasant and helpful, abounding breakfast, beautiful hotel facilities around, reading/relaxing room, nice terrace. Just a stroll to main historic piazza.
Cons: My room felt like being in a corner up in the attic. Bathroom too small, door to bathroom too low (bumped my head twice), access to shower cubicle far too narrow.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location brilliant. Excellent breakfast. Beautiful terrace. I would highly recommend Hotel Fortuna.
Cons: No fault to find but would probably look for bigger room next time.
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Good value for the cost. Many good restaurants and shops nearby. Plus the weather was excellent.
Cons: Fine as it was.
8.8 Excellent
Pros: the hotel is located in a very good area. The installations are great and it is very clean. The breakfast has a lot of variety. The hotel is quiet and this is great to charge the battery after a great day around Perugia. There are plenty of restaurants around. You cannot ask for more ;)
Cons: The woman serving the breakfast was stressed about the room number. Do not take it personal!
10.0 Excellent
Pros: Location fabulous heart of old city
Cons: Couldn’t fault it
8.3 Excellent
Pros: historic atmosphere and great location for town centre
7.1 Good

Pros: Breakfast was lovely with a variety of croissants. the hotel was amazingly placed to go and spend time in the old town being at the bottom of the escalator up to piazza italia. Most of the staff at reception were great one lady when I first arrived was a little off but the rest were helpful. They organised my shuttle to the airport which was a relief. My balcony was fab, watching the sunrise over the basilica was a view with waking up for !
Cons: Had to wear a swim cap in the pool and I don't like having to do that as love water in my hair !
