The staff were very friendly and helpful, the rooms were very basic and the breakfast was very good. There is also a restaurant in the hotel which was very good, especially if you like fish and seafood. The pool looked nice but was closed. This was relayed to us a few weeks before we arrived. It was a shame as it was definitely pool weather when we were there.
A bus into Perugia was mentioned which we thought we would use; however, the times it ran were not good for us to go into Perugia for dinner as my husband does not like to drive at night. We did walk to a great pizza place one night but, although the Fontenelle restaurant was very good, we would rather not eat at the same place for three nights.

Very friendly people and personel, Modern rooms (bit small) close to hospital if this is your primary destination. Up the hill location with nice view over valley and large pool. Nice location for vacation in summer. The bus line Z10 (stop in front of the hotel) is an attraction for itself. Good restaurant.

What an amazing place to stay just outside of Perugia. Would be great in the summer months as they had a pool for guests. Wonderful views from room. The onsite restaurant provided amazing food and service.
Only downside; it was obvious that a previous guest had smoked in the room and they had tried to clean room. The room deodoriser was too much, we had to turn off air con and open the windows, and it still had the old smoke odour lingering. But we would still recommend the place.
