Pros (+) room and facilities were comfortable
Cons (-) 35 minute check in on a friday night with only one staff member running the desk at 6:30pm. no digital key because they failed to process it. No upgraded room or welcome gift (or acknowledgment) of my bonvoy status. No waters in the room.

Pros (+) Location.
Cons (-) The staff. I’m paying $150 a night for a hotel. I sure as hell don’t need to be talked at and mistreated by the help for choosing not to wear a mask. This COVID BS has gone far enough. I’ll take my business elsewhere next time.
