Was never given the room I booked so never even went to the room
Pairs more for a room two two beds. Was given a king bed only for our family. No return of the amount of difference.
Because I booked through a third party, and arrived late at night after a flight delay, they didn’t have the room type I pre-paid. I needed two beds, and a roll away was a fire hazard in a king room. They reluctantly switched me to the type I had originally booked the next morning.
The TV was old playing analog old movies and infomercials.
This facility is dated. The wear and tear are showing (e.g., there was visible damage on the door frame). The bathroom wall had big stains, and the protective glass of the artwork in the bathroom had visible stains (that were different than the stains on the wall). It surely is not what you would expect from a 4-star hole in the US (let alone an upscale city like Pasadena). The tea bag refills on ...

Cons (-) Had to use service elevator outside lobby to get to rooms. Bathroom has little space to hang towel... like one hook and one small bar. The door to the bathroom is on rails and it gets stuck twice because something was probably bent. No bottled water in the room.
