Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's central location, proximity to public transport, and friendly staff. However, many found the rooms to be small and the elevator frequently out of service, which caused inconvenience, especially for those on higher floors. Cleanliness received mixed feedback, with some guests noting very clean rooms while others experienced issues. Renovation works and noise were also mentioned as negatives by several guests. Overall, the location and helpful staff stood out as highlights, but room size and elevator reliability were common concerns.
