Location of the hotel, availability of Internet (free of charge), polite hotel staff
Rooms are a bit small
Nothing. Was very old, towels old and worn out. One word unfull. And staff was very pushing and not friendly at all.
I only liked the location and the daytime staff were courteous and pleasant. I liked nothing else.
The first room was extremely unpleasant, mold in the bathroon, no working plugs, did not seem clean. I was to be in a two bed room and they gave me only one bed. I was moved on request but the second room was only slightly better. I was here on business and WIFI could only be accessed in the breakfast room so I was forced to go there to work. I would have rather stayed in the room (dirty as it was) than go there. The nighttime desk clerk was very unpleasant and grumpy. If I had been there on vacation I would have moved to a new hotel. BTW, its not that they staff didnt clean the room, after a while carpets and grout should just be replaced. The staff did they best they could but it is impossible to get clean after a certain point.
Staff were rather friendly
Old and shabby
Size of room
Location was right next to intersection. Very noisy all night. Paper thin walls. Booked for a twin and when we got there the booking was for a double. They did rectify this with a bigger room that slept 3.
