Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praise the hotel's excellent location, especially its proximity to the Eiffel Tower, and many mention the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. However, there are significant complaints about the small size of the rooms and bathrooms, lack of air conditioning, and poor soundproofing. Several reviews also mention cleanliness issues, outdated facilities, and problems with amenities such as WiFi and charging points. While the location and staff are clear highlights, the comfort and quality of the rooms and bathrooms are major concerns for guests.AI-generated from customer reviews
