The location was well connected to the city center and Stade de France where we needed to go. Staff was helpful explaining how to get to the landmarks we wanted to see.
The room looked nothing like the pictures, it was much smaller and unkempt. There were weird stains on the bed covers and the towels in the bathroom were dirty. The floor was squeeky and we felt like one of the boards will fall through when walking. There was mold in the hallway and the lights were not working properly. Fortunately, there was a lift as the staircase was too steep, but it was so small we could barely fit our luggage (mind you we had only small hand luggage). I was pre-charged twice as one of the staff made a mistake and afterwards I had great issues clearing up the mistake with the receptionist due language barrier. Basically the hotel is a health violation and I'm not sure how it's functioning or how it has such a high rate.
Glad that i had booked for only 1 night.
Room dirty, one towel stained. Hot water slow to show up.
Location is excellent for Gare du Nord. Easy walk. Reception staff very helpful. Good location for a huge selection of cafes, bistros and restaurants.
It would be nice for room staff to knock before entering rooms.
I had to wait 1 hour to get hot water (when I asked at the guy at the reception he told me he needs to turn the boiler on ) and on my 3rd day I saw a mouth in my room . The lady at the reception was not surprise. I emailed them but they were probably to busy to answer me ! Price doesn’t match the quality . Too expensive for what I got .
I paid for a double room and even I reserved months ago they gave me the smallest room that I can not walk inside. That room should be a one persin room with one persin bed. Putting a double bed was like putting an elephant in to a wolsvagen.
