Pros (+) Breakfast was wonderful. Staff was very helpful and engaging. If we asked for assistance with phone calls, etc, they were on it immediately. Our suite was huge considering Parisian standards, and the room was kept spotless. If we needed anything extra, our request was acted upon immediately.
Cons (-) I'm from the frozen north, and those duvets were just too HOT. I asked for a lighter weight blanket, but got another duvet. The furniture and carpeting could use an upgrade--it was a little worn and stained
