Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests overwhelmingly praised the hotel's excellent location near major train stations, making it convenient for travel. Many appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, as well as the spaciousness of some rooms. However, cleanliness was a frequent concern, with several guests mentioning issues such as dirty rooms, lack of proper cleaning, and maintenance problems. The value for price was seen as fair by some, but others felt the quality did not match the cost. Overall, the hotel is considered a good choice for its location and service, but improvements in cleanliness are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews
