Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, with many mentioning its proximity to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. The service and staff were frequently described as friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Cleanliness was another highlight, as rooms and bathrooms were often noted as clean and comfortable. Breakfast received positive remarks for its variety and quality.
