Pros (+) Located directly on the Palma marinas waterfront with a nice guest balcony on the 5th floor overlookin the harbor. Polite staff, spotless modern barhroom, decent wifi (video streaming for Skype spotty)
Cons (-) Room had a slightly musty odor
