Staff were friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious and well priced. Location was excellent. Linens and toiletries were top-notch. Bed very comfy.
Bathroom wasn't heated so it was a bit of a shock to go in there first thing in the morning. A heat lamp would have solved the problem. Our room had an adjoining door to the next room and, despite their both being locked we could hear every word spoken in the next room. The occupant fell asleep one night with the TV on so we could hear it all night long. I'm looking for silence when I book a high-end boutique hotel.

Comfy beds, nice staff, great location, good for 1 night not more than that.
There was no hot water in our room, tap or shower. We couldn't have a shower throughout our entire stay. View of a parking lot
