Location is perfect, in the area for nightlife. I booked this hotel purely because of it being close to some bars and clubs it's about a 10 minute walk from Dotonbori bridge, many food areas around. Bed was comfortable and room was a decent size for Japan.
Reception were very blunt and rude, i made a booking about 5 minutes prior to coming to the hotel and i said i wanted to check in but both reception staff gave me a blank look and said there is no booking in Japanese. Eventually after working out booking was made everything went a little smoother. More smiling and enthusiasm would be nice so that you're not made out to be a problem. Check out reception in the morning were perfect and very friendly, however.

A couple of blocks away from Dōtonbori and shopping areas. Close enough to the Osaka Castle.
The room is a touch on the small size but still enough room to stretch.
