Summary of reviews
Guests say
Most guests appreciated the hotel's friendly and helpful staff, as well as its convenient location close to the airport and transportation. The service was consistently highlighted as a positive aspect, with several reviewers mentioning good experiences with the front desk and restaurant staff. However, many guests noted that the hotel and rooms felt dated and in need of renovation, with cleanliness issues such as dirty carpets and worn furniture being mentioned multiple times. Breakfast received mixed feedback, with some guests enjoying it and others finding it lacking. Overall, the hotel is valued for its service and location, but improvements in cleanliness and room updates are needed.AI-generated from customer reviews

They have a wonderful valet (Luigi), excellent front desk staff (Valentina) and incredible food...
