Staff was pleasant, but room and lobby were both in disrepair - rug and couches in lobby were stained; cobwebs in my room, appeared to be mold around water handle in tub, shower curtain was several ripped, stains on curtain and couch. “Duvet” was a sheet wrapped around the comforter. Will not stay again.

Flushed the toilet and the water overflowed and went all over rhe the floor in the room. The housekeeping folks cleaned it up but none of them spoke English. Why can't people in America speak English, shame on Ramada Wyndham.

Pros (+) Bed was incredibly comfortable and the front desk let me borrow a phone charger for the night.

Pros (+) I didn’t like that there were roaches in the room and when I asked the front desk about it they said they would take care of it and they never did!
Cons (-) Either give me a different room or take care of the problem I believe I will not stay there again!
