Summary of reviews

Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's location, with many finding it convenient for airport access and local attractions. Breakfast was generally appreciated, with several guests highlighting its variety and quality. However, there were significant complaints about the quality of service, particularly at the front desk, with reports of unhelpful or unfriendly staff. Cleanliness was another major concern, as multiple reviews mentioned dirty rooms, bed linens, and unpleasant odors. The elevators were also frequently criticized for being unsafe or poorly maintained. Overall, while the hotel offers some positives like location and breakfast, service and cleanliness need improvement.
