Pros (+) I loved the staff, everyone I talked to was super nice. They gave me amazing tips on where to go visit and showed me coupons. Going alone I wasn’t sure what to do but they helped me have a better trip.
Cons (-) I wasn’t sure when they closed for breakfast and I tried to call at 9:45 and they told me they stop breakfast at 10 so they couldn’t make me food till 11. I know that is a late call but still upset I couldn’t get anything.

Pros (+) The team was great starting with the younge valet team member who was great to talk with. He was very professional and spent time talking about the surrounding area and offering great feedback and ideas to do while in Orlando. The front desk team was quick and efficient. The breakfast dining was great for the price.
Cons (-) The overal cost to park but again the friendliness of the valet attendant this night made it worth it.
