Pros (+) The location along I-Drive is ideal. I enjoyed the breakfast each morning and the elevators were very prompt (this can be an issue at other hotels and who likes slow elevators).
Cons (-) Several of my electrical outlets didn't work in my king suite. The lamp outlets and wall outlets wouldn't charge my cell phone or my laptop when I needed to work. Also, I stayed for an extended amount...

Pros (+) The staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. The facilities were very nice. Rooms were clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Shower was hot.
Cons (-) There was a bit of mold on the bathroom ceiling near shower. Probably because of the shower but it should be addressed. Otherwise no complaints.
