Very safe area and rooms were quiet. The happy hour bartenders were great!
The food was not up to par w Gainesville or Birmingham Drury Inns. The Universal van was overpacked, standing room only. We took a cab back to the room first day and drive our car and paid parking second day to park.
Price and proximity to Universal
Great shuttle service and the kickback hour is nice. Bed was comfortable and the rooms were clean
The free breakfast well it’s just that free... food was cold every morning and very little selection. We had a souvenir stolen out of our room from one of the hotel staff that was suppose to be for my son so that truly upset me that I can’t leave my stuff in the room without things being stolen.
Happy hour. Breakfast. Pool. Exercise room. Transportation. No resort fee.
it was all good
maybe have happy hour longer I did not get to attend because of my schedule
