Pros: Everything about the property was great. The location, the room was spacious and we had a great view. Cons: The pillows aren’t very comfortable. Too soft. And the waiter we had downstairs in the restaurant was horrible. He didn’t ever check on us and was messing around at the bar with people. We had to finally call him over to bring our check. We were just having drinks but he could of let me know he left the carafe of coffee on the fireplace incase i wanted more. Long story short. He wasn’t very good or attentive. Also maybe a little more communication on how the complimentary coffee works. We told front desk we would like it at 10 am the next morning. I waited almost 30 mins next day and finally called down stairs to let them know we hadn’t received it. They told us to check outside our door and sure enough there it was. They didn’t knock or anything to let us know it was there. So that would of been good to know that they just set it outside our door without knocking. That’s the only complaints i have. Other then that, great hotel.

Pros: I loved the location! The service was excellent!
Cons: I was given a room on the 2nd floor. This was despite the fact that I paid a premium rate and the hotel was not full. I confirmed this after I checked in. I logged onto the main site to see if there were room still available and there were. In fact, I could have gotten the same room at a cheaper rate had I not booked through Booking.com. Next time, i'll be sure to check my options before relying on your website to give me the best option.

Pros: Really lovely hotel, great location in Bricktown - immediately near a streetcar stop too if you want to explore downtown without a car. The pool is heated and there's a spa pool too.
Cons: I knew pets were accepted but I did NOT know that there was a $100 non-refundable pet deposit. Ouch. Everyone -- even the dog -- enjoyed the hotel but we will have to find somewhere less expensive in the future.

Cons: First visit to Oklahoma City Bricktown, As far as the hotel, it was nice and new and staff was helpful and friendly. I did find hair in the shower though. Also, not sure what was going on, but the street was literally back to back lined with police cars late Saturday night as We walked back to the hotel ; don’t know if that’s a norm there or what.

Cons: check out was not a good experience. Took too long, and I wanted to split the bill. First all charges were put on one card, then it was reversed and redone again. However, the banking system didn't recognize the reversal on my credit card so I had a total charge, plus the 1/2 charge which put me in an overdraft situation and I lost $70.00 due to overdraft fees which kept me financially in a bind for the rest of the month.

Cons: I booked on your website a King room that supposedly consisted of 2 queen beds. This hotel doesn’t even have queen beds. They’re all full size beds. I had less than 4 hrs of sleep and they were the most uncomfortable I’ve had. Worse with me being 38 weeks pregnant! I’m very unsatisfied and tired after the long day and drive we had last night.

Cons: The bathroom tub would not drain after I took a bath, leaving 3 other people without showers. Having to pay $15 for parking is ridiculous, for the price of the room it should be included. Heard continuous knocking sounds starting around 6 am. There was only 1 tiny bottle of shampoo and conditioner; that, I'm pretty sure had been used, because there was barely enough to wash my thin shoulder length hair. Housekeeping kept knocking and trying to come in our room starting around 9. I ended up paying over $200 for what I thought was a $159 dollar room. Definitely not worth the price. I had to ask where we could park because there was no parking and I was not told during check in.

There isn't a complimentary breakfast, but the food is very reasonably priced for a hotel. I got a delicious breakfast wrap so big I couldn't eat all of it for $6.00.
The staff was extra friendly and one of the best things about my stay!

Cons: The doors at the hotel clink like the old prison movies. To me, whomever installed or manufactured the doors didn't leave the proper amount of clearance for the door to close quietly. The traffic on my floor was high at 2:00 am on Tuesday and Wednesday morning, I think every door on my floor opened and shut two or three times and I heard every single one of them (feels like it anyway). I'm a light sleeper in an environment I am not familiar with. Hallway noise is a problem at all hotels but I would say this might be slightly above what I would consider normal due to the doors and the gusto it takes to close them. I've definitely stayed at nicer, quieter hotels for less during mid week business travels.

Cons: We were told that we are staying in a double queen size room but both wet beds were no more than Foles. They were extremely uncomfortable and the temperature was not regulated in the room. The fact that the wireless internet was free downstairs but as soon as you come to your room you get charged $13 for it and in any case we had to disconnect from it to be able to use the internet. The internet was so bad we couldn't get on basic websites. There's no fridge or anything in the room, the coffee was horrible. We won't be staying here again!

Cons: There were a few things that were negatives: our shower didn’t work and had to be fixed, I was told there would be a couch in our room (and we needed one with three kids) and there wasn’t, and a pool light had come loose and was floating in the water. However, the hotel and staff on the whole made up for all of this and more and we were very happy with our stay.
