Pros (+) I travel a ton for work, and rarely have I been in a hotel where each member of staff was so attentive and competent. I especially appreciated the front desk guy with the red beard, the guys that clean up after breakfast, and the hotel manager (I'm sorry I didn't get your names!). I've never written a review before, but you guys made our stay great, and I wanted people to know. The location is awe...
