The location was great. The layout of the checkout area and bar was great.
The cleanliness of the bathroom was a little surprising. The bathroom ceiling paint was flaking off which was odd for a 4 star hotel.

The breakfast it so-so. I think that they prepare the whole breakfast at 05:00 in the morning and then hold it in warmers for five hours. Hence, the bacon is limp, the eggs are dry, the potatoes are soggy. Replenishing smaller serving warmers every hour or so would go a long ways toward a nice breakfast. This is Oklahoma for gosh sakes! There should be biscuits and gravy! The location was perfect for our destination: Bricktown and Chesapeake Arena!

Decor and location
The breakfast buffet was cold and awful (eggs tasted like powdered eggs and French toast was brittle hard) and the king size bed was like two canoes with a mountain in the middle. The staff were polite but didn’t offer any help or info. We had to ask for everything.
