Pros: I made a same-day reservation through KAYAK. On my arrival, I was greeted and promptly assured that my reservation and payment were both on the books. I walked the short 1/2 block to the main street, and was able to explore the shopping area and found a delightful surprise in Zeb's General Store. Located just off the main road isn't a concern to noise levels - I was on a ground floor room on the side of the building toward the main street and my room was perfectly quiet! A perfect location in the heart of town - and LOADS to do within walking distance.

Pros: Room was clean and cute, we have been here before and loved it
Cons: Someone is the near by room was definitely smoking weed because our room smelled like pot all night and also in the morning, not the most pleasurable experience, not really the inns fault but I'd assume they do a walk around the place. You could smell it from afar

Pros: The inn had a very homey, yet super clean feel to it. The Woodstove, hardwood floors and decor gave it a beautifully rustic vibe. I mentioned my sweeties allergies and the staff made sure we were in an appropriate room.

Pros: We had a lovely stay at the Inn. We had booked a smaller room which was perfect for us. It is in the "downtown" area of North Conway just a short drive from Settler's Green and walkable to all the local stores. Bed was comfy and the staff were very nice. We would definitely stay there again

Pros: The whole place is so nice.... each room has its own area to relax.... Never stayed at an Inn before, and so glad we did at this one...
Cons: The A/C didn't cool down the room as much as we like and a queen bed just doesn't cut it... both no big deal... the place so was no nice we didn't care....

Pros: I am always worried about the hotel room not being as nice as I expect but once I opened the door I was very happy with everything. Our king size room was cozy, clean, and really nice! Worth every penny.
Cons: I wish there was an indoor pool, but I plan to come back and try the inn out in the summer since they have the outdoor pool. I hope the prices don’t increase like crazy in the summer season though.

Pros: The hotel was very clean and the staff was extremely nice and very helpful in regards to the area I.e. Restaurants & things to do locally.
Cons: The bed was horribly uncomfortable. The worse sleep we have had ever. Our backs were sore every morning we woke up. Also the jacuzzi that we had been looking forward to using was broken. Pros: The staff was all friendly and helpful, breakfast was terrific, common area with fire comfortable, pool and hot tub so nice after having an active day. Love the afternoon cookies and morning coffee. Room was comfortable and clean.

Pros: The Hotel is a little ways away from the main street tourist area, but close enough to visit without being disturbed by it. They took care to make sure the golf and rock climbers did not interfere with the guests. They are very helpful and courteous and friendly. Very beautiful setting, and not a cookie cutter establishment.
Cons: Single brew coffee maker was a nice touch, but coffee supply was not re-filled for second day, and cups and glasses were not replaced with clean ones.

Pros: The rooms are absolutely huge which is great when travelling with young children. It easily accommodated our jogging stroller and pack n play. On site restaurants are helpful when not wanting to leave the property with young children who may not make it through a meal. Mom or dad can just take the child back to the room, meals can be packed to go, etc. Playground, game room and water park on site gives children a lot of room to burn off energy.
Cons: Our room wasn't cleaned during our stay. I don't understand why the cleaning attendants would go into our room, pull up the bedsheets and leave. Not take dirty glasses, not empty trashes and not wipe the vanity and sink. I have no issues with my room not being cleaned, but I do have issue with cleaning staff entering my room to just pull up bed sheets (and not even make them even). Seems sketchy, like they just wanted access to the room. Next time I'll leave the do not disturb sign on the door.

Pros: The indoor water park was so much fun, the arcade was great as well. The location is excellent lots of things nearby.
Cons: The cost for the water park is $25 per person for one day. The problem is the blindside, it wasn’t included in the cost of stay. The staff was not very knowledgeable, except for a couple of people. The food from Palmer’s (hotel restaurant) is alright.

Pros: From the start Dwyer and the front desk staff were beyond accommodating. They help get us in early, moved stuff around to allow us to extend our stay an additional day and went to great lengths to make sure our 4, 5 , and 10 yr olds had a great time. We are looking forward to retuning whenever possible.
Cons: The only negative was the cost of breakfast. With a family of 5 on a tight vacation budget the 76$ cost of a buffet breakfast (before tip, 90$ after) was a bit excessive. The 2 younger children barely had anything because they wanted to get in the pool asap. We ended up eating at friendly's down the street for 30$(tip included) with the 50% off mon-fri breakfast special.

Pros: Water park was great fun for the kids, much bigger than I expected.
Cons: Rooms were just ok, more of a motel room than a nice hotel. Sufficient but nothing spectacular, especially for the money. Room was too expensive, but I figured that's how they pay for the water park. Upon arrival I found out the water park is not included, there's another 100 bucks.

Pros: My daughter and I had a wonderful time in N.Conway and this was due in large part to the Eastern Inn of N.Conway! The Inn is close to area attractions (N.Conway shopping, Attitash, White Mountains, Train Rides, etc..). Located right on Route 16, but with a private clean well lit driveway leading to a large accommodating parking area. Staff was always smiling, helpful and willing to help. Breakfast was adequate. Pros: The staff was super friendly. The views were good too.
Cons: Despite a recent renovation, the facilities remain very dated. This is not a "resort", unless you consider an indoor pool and a kiddie game ruim sufficient to earn the title. Breakfast was absolute chaos and the food was of poor, tasteless quality. Most items were "out", and the selection was limited. The drain in the bathroom did not take the water (but this was repaired upon request). They should add a walking path down the hill so folks can get to the village; walking on the road is taking matters into your life as it is narrow and dark. Guests also did not respect the parking restrictions by the front door and staff dois very little to enforce their own rules. There is no restaurant or bar here for nightlife activities (wouldn't a "resort" have that?), This property is basically a kids property, and is overpriced for what it is. If you don't have kids try finding something elsewhere.

Pros: Fox Ridge offered lots of activities for families, from movies to campfires, mini golf, two pools. The kids enjoyed themselves. The breakfast buffet was free and delicious!

Pros: - Breakfast free, yay and choices for everyone. - wifi free (albeit a little slow during peek hours) - friendliness of entire staff and willingness to accommodate - Lots of great activities for kids and young families - Being right in North Conway allows you to get to literally anywhere without too much of a hike. - Needed a last minute cot, and was easily accommodated. - Great options for pools!
Cons: - Third party check in was more confusing on what had been paid and what had not been paid. And rate had gone down since we booked. - Furniture and building dated. - TV in room very, very small - Electrical challenged trying to charge multiple devices, not many outlets in rooms. - Additional hooks suggested for hanging up towels and clothing. There was a free wall that could have had two towel racks for added space. A family of 4 would make great use of it.

Pros: Location and facility is great. Beautiful older resort with beautiful grounds and surroundings, Miniature golf available. Personnel were friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast was good with a variety of hot food and cold juices. Overall a very nice experience.
Cons: Could have had a better variety of smaller pillows for the bed. Most were pretty large and a bit hard. Probably could have got some different ones if we had asked. It wasn't a big enough issue to make the effort.
Excellent
8.5
Pros: Grounds and views are gorgeous. Breakfast is included in the price, and there are always things happening for the kids (roasting marshmallows, movies, ceramics, etc.). There are indoor and outdoor pools, a swingset, miniature golf and a game room. For the price, you can't beat it!
Cons: The rooms are a bit run down and out dated. The grout in our shower clearly needed redoing.

Pros: I liked that the staff was willing to cater to my family's needs, and though there was a small mix up in the water park they still had plenty to do at the hotel itself, mini golf, swimming hot tub and other things to do around the resort with plenty of shopping available at good prices
Cons: The wifi was slow and sometimes couldn't connect need to update to better a better internet provider or boost up the internet.
