PROS: This is hotel is located in a huge modern tower. The rooms are new and clean - not huge, but comfortable. It's definitely designed with the business traveler in mind (Niigata is not much of a tourist destination). It's a good deal for the price. There is parking for a small fee and the front desk staff speaks English. We were able to check in late no problem.CONS: The beds were a little hard, but nothing unusual for a hotel.
