I was in a 4 bed dorm and on my first night one of my fellow guests stole my credit card and £40.I reported this to the staff and the police but nothing was done.There was no lockers or anywhere to store your valuables.I am 74 years old and they made me stay in the same room withe the thief for 3 more nights Iwas not offered a refund or a different room it was a terrifying experience for someone of my age.They eventually kicked the thief out after three days.in recompense they gave me a free breakfast.

Our Double bed room (16) was clean, the guys from hotel were very helpful with every quedtion we had. The location of the hotel is really perfect if u plan trips to other cities using the train like us, as the train central station is just 1 min away by feet. We shouldn't have booked the shared bathroom but that was our choice. We didnt eat breakfast there, so we cant evaluate it but there a a lot posibilites to have bf at comparable prizes close to the hotel.
Thema only disturbing thing during our stage were the walls of our room which were too thin, so u hear every sound from the Floor and other rooms and from the toilet, as our room was close to it.

MP the owner, and staff, were fantastic. Great advice offered and helpful for any little things you may need. Customer service was A1. I would gladly stay here again and even offer MP a place to stay should she ever come to Australia again.
