Summary of reviews
Guests say
Guests consistently praised the hotel's excellent location, noting its proximity to attractions, restaurants, and convenience for exploring the area. However, many reviews expressed disappointment with cleanliness standards, with several guests encountering unpleasant odors and insufficient housekeeping. Value for price was a recurring concern, as guests felt the hotel was overpriced for the quality and services provided. Parking was another frequent issue, with multiple guests dissatisfied with the additional charges and lack of included parking. Bed comfort also received some negative feedback, with mentions of old or uncomfortable beds. Overall, while the location is a major highlight, improvements are needed in cleanliness, value, parking, and comfort.AI-generated from customer reviews

Pros (+) In a good location, grat service
Cons (-) It was clean, but not the cleanest hotel we have bee. To. Overall a great value!
Pros (+) Clean, bright, comfortable room. Kids loved the pool. Relaxed atmosphere. Basic exercise room.
Cons (-) It was a bit pricey for a place with zero breakfast.
Pros (+) The front desk staff. As a former hotel guest service agent I was very satisfied withthe staff and their recommendations. Young brown skin gent working the evening shift is a star and if your smart lock him down in you company.
Cons (-) The ugly design paintings in in the room. Who approved that?
Pros (+) Room was very comfortable and spacious. Liked the retro decor.
Cons (-) Hugely inflated pricing for a weekend stay. Bath towels too small and too few. Spa was too busy to enjoy and facilities (shower area) lacking.
